I just called this complex to get information and asked a few qualifying questions probably some people won't normally ask. The young lady who answered I thought she said her name was Natalie but the person she handed the call to said they had no Natalie. I asked if I was speaking to the same person she said "no", that she handed call to a manager. The "Mgr" could not/would not answer the question regarding security and crime issues within the complex. She said,"we have a security officer on site and that crime happens everywhere and I'll just leave it at that."
I told her I wasn't concerned about everywhere else just the apartment complex I may live in. She was very condescending and never even announced that she was the manager upon taking over the call or that I was speaking to someone else. She did not provide her name either
This let me know what I needed to know. I simply told her, based on her reluctancy to give me information this was probably not the place for me. She said nothing. I said thank you and disconnected the call. I don't understand why retailers, vendors or any other place of business would ever feel that we the customers owe them something. I guess they don't realize without us, they don't even have a job. I wish consumers would realize this. In the meantime, they'll just keep walking all over us... 🫤🫤😫

Edit: ok so I’ve lived here for 3 months so I decided to update my review! Maintenance team is above and beyond. They rock! My one issue with the complex so far is that the dryers don’t work. I’ve called the office and I’ve called maintenance. The office basically told me to call the off site company (which I did) or get my own dryer. Having a washer and dryer accessible in the community was a selling point for me and the fact that I have to hang my wet clothes all over my apartment while the office avoids responsibility with the dryers is not my favorite. Still a great complex but don’t let the promise of a working washroom away ya ;)
When moving to Dallas Fort Worth area I spent weeks looking at apartment ideas. When I got into town I toured at LEAST 20 complexes. I immediately fell in love with Seasons of Green oaks. The location is incredible, close to everything but still a country feel. The floor plans are generous for the price. Best deal I could find for sure. Andrea was my helper from the tour, through move in and for my every need. The move in process was easy and they walked me through every step. The apartment was in great condition and I’ve loved every minute. The complex has great tools such as opening the gate from your phone. Andrea and the office staff are easily accessible for my every need. I’m so grateful I found this complex! I trusted the positive reviews and they’ve proved to be accurate. Highly recommend this complex. Thank you Andrea and team!

I’ve been living here 4 months now and I really enjoy it! When we first moved in The Nelsons left us a welcome home bag at the door, with little knacks just to start off. Maintenance is awesome they come within 1-2days of the request. Which I’ve never experienced at any complex I’ve stayed, they also have a lot of community gatherings in the office which is nice as well. The only problem is there is limited parking so purchase cover parking but other than that I love it over here.
