Been here 4 weeks. After repeated trips to office. ( No one ever there) Several messages. (Not one return call) I still have no mail keys! Broken window has not been replaced.Air filter has not been replaced. And in fact is nailed shut.
There are absolutely no fixtures in the bathroom, such as a towel rack or a toilet paper holder. Plug in kitchen doesnt work. I replaced the dior sweep as the air coming in was ridiculous and they weren't doing a thing!Work orders went in two days after I moved in. So 12 days ago! I'm not impressed! I'm in the process of trying to find out who the management company is so I can report the lack of help!! Total lack of responsibility and management. I will also.

Now we're in June. I've had an apartment flooding for 3 days. I was told the plumber would be here yesterday. Then again today. I've called emergency maintenaover 2 and a 1/2 hours ago I called the management company 3 days in a row. Nobody has bothered to return my call. The manager is never in the office.
And I'm not sopping this c*** up. For the third time.
When they don't seem to give a flip. Not only is.
The water coming out from under my floor it is also coming out from a light bulb. In my washroom, I will be filing complaints with t. A. A and anybody else housing authority I can file with.
Worst apartment complex.I have ever lived in the parking lot is a detriment to everybody's cars.
I have complained about it.Nothing has been done.My problem right now is the flooding of my apartment though. From the management company on down-the-line.This whole experience is worthless and they don't seem to care at all
Now they send somebody overhearde witha wet vac that doesn't speak a lick of english.. No electrician, plumber!! 3+ hours again.
Flooding caused mold I attached pictures. Every time I file a work order they market is completed and it has never been done. I had to get code compliance involved. That gave them thirty days to completely replace the entire wall and remediate the mold, and I still cannot get anybody from the office or the property management company to return my phone call. Went to the er and they told me that I have exasperated allergies due to the mold in my apartment, and I will not get any better until it is remediated, and even then, if they don't do a great job, I should probably move.

My concern is my apartment has so many issues that I've reported several times in the past with no response. Even if it's an issue that can't be fixed or corrected someone should still respond as a simple courtesy to the tenant. The floors are sinking worse with each year, the foundation has caused cracked walls, stove leans,the thresholds are detaching from floors causing doors not to close or open properly. The plumbing is very old and out dated so the sinks stop up often, black stuff comes from the drain. The window blinds are old and fragile. The ceiling's have leaked with heavy rain for years! The windows leak when it rains as well. And the roaches are getting to be a daily visit. But you have to buy your own pest control even though they charge you EVERY month! I've made requests for pest control and no one ever responded. It's frustrating and every year there's a new fee added to the rent. I pay $12 a month for a package delivery fee I never use. Don’t be mislead about the so called response they post it’s been almost a year and nothing has changed. NOTHING!!!! Just received a message asking me to rate how maintenance complete my work order, well they never showed up, never entered my apartment but they say it’s complete. This happens multiple times. 9 out of 10 they never show up. Been without hot water the second time in two months. It’s going into the sixth day.

DO NOT SIGN WITH THESE APARTMENTS. They constantly threaten you with illegal lease violations about things that are not mentioned in the lease i just had to throw away a 250 dollar grill i just bought after living in these apartments for 9 months even though the lease i signed mentioned nothing of this. There was no amendment and im over half way in my lease, they also threaten tow your car if you dont move it everyday. They never come and do pest control but they charge you for it and say they are doing it every month but in reality havnt came once these apartments have a big roach and wasp problem i have to fight roaches all day in my home and battle through a maze of wasp on both sides of my apartment but i am charged monthly as if the apartments is handling these problems. Im ready to break my lease and call the news this is ridiculous.

This place DOSEN'T deserve any stars at all. They need to get new management that is for sure. They don't answer the phones nor their emails.
My daughter moved into these apartments in on January 31, 2025 and paid her deposit and 1st months rent. Then she paid the March rent, they said they didn't get it she showed proof from her bank, then they filed an eviction on her. She then sent proof of her Cashier Check for the deposit, and 1st months rent, then bank statement for March, and April was made via Flex and may was paid with cashiers check. And now for June they are saying I can't pay my rent because I need to pay the late fee as well. I was told they was removing the late fees. I took my rent in and they said we can't except it because it is not the correct amount with the late fees.
Since she has moved in it has been chaos, dishwasher didn't work took them almost a month an half to fix it, the washer lines in the wall was leaking took them a week to come fix that.
So, our next step is going to to the State Senator, and Texas Governor Greg Abbott, and channel 4 news. This is not how you run a business especially when it comes to a place you are living, to keep a safe place for you and your child.
My daughter is a single mom working her tail off just to keep a place to live for her and her son, and these so called management people can't do their job.
I need to have this corrected ASAP, she can't afford to move any where else.

My experience with this leasing office was disappointing from the start. I had a scheduled tour appointment for 4:15 PM on May 31, 2025, and received multiple reminders not to be late. I arrived early at 4:05 PM, only to find the leasing office door locked. A leasing agent eventually came to the door, barely opened it, and informed me that the office was closed. I explained that I had a confirmed 4:15 PM appointment, but she stated the office was closed due to other ongoing tours and that I would need to wait.
When I asked how long the wait would be, with an attitude she vaguely said "a while." Upon further questioning, she said 30–45 minutes. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I left work early to attend this appointment. This interaction raised serious concerns about their professionalism and how prospective tenants are treated. Based on this experience, I would caution others to reconsider renting here. If this is how potential renters are handled, I can only imagine what the experience would be like after signing a lease.
