Horrible communication on the staff and employees’ behalf overall. I have not even been here a month and I have had more issues than I can count. First, moving in, ONLY A FEW OF THE MANY issues included the back door not locking, the internet service box missing (which is not the internet company’s fault or problem) the apartment being dirty and appearing to have been barely cleaned, and missing a trash can that was supposed to be provided to me…then receiving a gross, dirty trash can after being told I would receive a new one. My dishwasher has also not been working this whole time I have been here and I have had to make 3 service requests ALONE for that appliance. I am still waiting for that to be fixed after the last service request consisted of maintenance entering my unit without any notice when I am required 24 hours, and I had chosen the option for them to call and set an appointment with me. They tried calling me one time while I was at work and never again, then proceeded to enter as stated above two days later without any REQUIRED notice given. Nothing was even fixed after that “completion” and I am still dealing with this issue including the wasted water I am paying for even when my dishes do not get washed, and inability to use the appliance I am entitled to with my lease and payments. I am very tired and done dealing with all of the people who work here and decided to call the office today to avoid any in person interaction with them. After calling twice with no answer I walked in the office to find about four staff members, three of which (including the main manager) were standing, able to talk. I then tried calling two more times after leaving to confirm no one ever picks up the phone there! Everything is a pain here especially on top of the stress and busyness of moving in. The incompetence is unbelievable and I do not recommend anyone living here. I can guarantee I will not be renewing my lease if I even end up completing the term. I wish I could give this zero stars but unfortunately I have to put one to post this review.
