I have lived here 3 years. This community has gone downhill fast. I can’t open my windows without the smell of marijuana making its way in to my apartment. There have been instances where someone was drinking and smoking marijuana during the middle of the day in the park area while kids were playing and riding their scooters on the trail. Management was as notified and said that when they approached him, he got in his car and drove off and that he was not a resident so there was nothing they could do to identify this person or take any action. Dogs barking at all hours of the night. Neighbors dumping water off their balcony down onto my patio. Loud neighbors at all hours of the night. Management requested photos and videos, which I provided them on numerous occasions from many different times throughout the day and night. I reached out to multiple office reps and different levels of management who simply replied there was nothing they could do and that is just normal apartment living. Numerous times I’ve walked out to find trash on my patio. The most recent time I went to talk to the office staff and was simply told “what do you want us to do about it”. I’ve had issues with small worms coming out of the wall in the drainage of the shower. I recently received an offer to renew my lease for $160/month more than what is currently listed online for the same unit, same floor, same building that I am in currently. When I asked management about this, they just replied “that’s what the market dictates” The gates are always open and doesn’t seem to be any effort from office staff to enforce anything to do with parking or making sure people clean up after their dogs. **Received a call from management after this review advising there is nothing that can be done for the marijuana smell that is going on every day nor the loud noises from neighbors. Previously management asked for videos to show what was going on. That was provided to them and management could not even determine what could possibly be causing the loud creaking of the floors themselves. I was told today that certain steps had to be taken when this was happening. I asked what steps had been taken since this issue was first documented 6+ months ago…nothing. No steps have been taken. Nothing has been done or attempted to remedy the issues going on. I have done everything management asked of me with the ongoing issues and in 6 months there has been absolutely zero improvement**

This apartment complex is, without a doubt, the worst living situation I have ever encountered. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's bordering on a public health hazard and a breeding ground for frustration. The most immediate and disgusting issue is the constant and overwhelming smell of dog urine in the common areas. It's not just a faint whiff; it's a pervasive stench that assaults you the moment you step out of your apartment. This, coupled with the dog poop literally crawling with white worms scattered throughout the grounds, paints a grim picture of neglect and unsanitary conditions. I'm genuinely concerned about the health and safety of residents, especially children and pets. Beyond the fecal matter, the amenities are poorly maintained. Specifically, the trash around the pools is perpetually overflowing, never emptied, creating a disgusting and unhygienic environment. Who wants to relax poolside surrounded by piles of garbage? And if you think you can rely on maintenance to fix anything, think again. The maintenance staff is woefully incompetent. They seem incapable of addressing even the simplest repairs. Special mention goes to Sebastian, who is not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude and arrogant. He acts like he knows everything, blames the office staff for all the problems, and repeatedly refers to them as "idiots." Not fair, everyone in the office is awesome. His unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility is truly appalling. Another note worthy person would be the "Edgar" that walks around like he runs the joint, the other day we were sun bathing by the pool, he walked right past and ripped a fart that was like Satan whispering through a kazoo. As I dry-heaved into my towel, he just kept walking. No remorse. No hesitation. Like he’d done this before. Like he’d do it again. I looked around at the other guests. Some were stunned. One woman was praying. My day was over. My innocence—gone. I now live a life divided: Before the Fart and After the Fart.
