I've been living here for 8 months and it's been more suffering than peace. 1) To start, when we moved in, they gave me an uncleaned apartment, with holes in the walls, a stained floor, and paint cans and clothes everywhere. They fixed it, but those days in my previous apartment were expensive because the lease had already expired. Also, they stole $1,900 in deposit because according to them we had "low rental credit," which doesn't exist. My boyfriend and I had a sufficient and very positive rental history. It's just an excuse to take advantage of clients, and we accepted because we needed to move to the area soon for our jobs. 2) There's a serious problem with homeless people; there's no security here. They use the parking spaces (oddly they have cars), they're always leaving trash everywhere and in the hallways, and the hallways smell HORRIBLE. They come out suddenly from the garden behind building 13, so avoid choosing any apartment near the dog park unless you want to get robbed. It's also too dark there. 3) Communication is useless. I've been requesting that they fix my dishwasher faucet for five months, and they only complete the orders and haven't even come to inspect it. Being on the first floor, I'm affected by a lot of insects. Again, I've requested pest control services many times, and they complete the order without coming. They never answer the phone. Don't ask for a gate key because they never have one, nor do they have a key to the gym (although the gym is in horrible condition). 4) Every month when it's time to pay rent, you receive tons of emails from management. They don't remind you of the "rules" but instead threaten you, but they're not even capable of solving the problems they themselves cause with their terrible service and irresponsibility. The location is very nice, but it's a horrible experience to be here. Of course, someone in charge of responding to each comment will say "we apologize for your negative experience," and that won't solve anything.
