I’ve been living here for almost a month! And I love it here. The train is not that loud. The neighbors/ community are friendly, it’s a mixed population of people. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and always clean. The apartments exceeded my expectations, modern, luxury, and cozy. I haven’t had any issues so far, looking forward to calling this place home for the next few years.

The application process was incredibly seamless, thanks to Andrea, my leasing manager. She was professional, friendly, and made the entire process stress free. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel confident in my decision.

I called yesterday to schedule a tour and was informed that walk-ins were welcome. When I arrived today, I was not greeted or acknowledged by the staff upon entering. Assuming the leasing agent was finishing a call, we waited, but no one approached us. I eventually walked toward the office, at which point I was finally asked how I could be helped.
The agent then asked if I had an appointment. I explained that I had called the day before and was told that walk-ins were welcome and no appointment was needed. She then responded, “Yes, we do take walk-ins, so that’s fine”—which left me wondering why she asked in the first place.
As I was speaking with her about touring the property, another couple walked in and was immediately greeted and assisted without hesitation. The contrast in treatment was disappointing and unprofessional. Also to add, they have very large glass windows so they saw us walk in and also saw us waiting in the lobby but decided to ignore us, until i approached the actual desk.
While I really liked the townhome units, my experience left a lasting impression, and I will be passing on this community. First impressions matter, and professionalism should be consistent for all prospective residents.
