(UPDATE!!!(8.0) They have evidence of the upstairs neighbors but want to move us?!?! Your management don't make any sense. Y'all don't communicate or do right by your tenants. It's sad. Haven't heard anything back. So 24/7 banging, stomping, running, and yelling non stop. Apartment still broken and mold the way we moved in and they haven't done a thing about it. Theystoppedd communicating and never answered their emails. Y'all send this comment out like we haven't been going up to the office, calling(yall don't ever pick up), emailing(yall never answer them), making the reports, and police reports. Months and months of this happening is ridiculous. Hiding my review and video evidence of the problem) Manager stop communicating and let the promblem still happen.) STILL TO THIS DAY THEY HAVEN'T DONE A DAMN THING ABOUT THE UP STAIRS NEIGHBORS RUNNING AND BANGING ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT LONG (still going)) 1. Management(s) (They switch out management out the ass around here) and Front Desk works don't do anything. 2. Bad neighbors. 24/7 Banging, Yelling, Running, and Smoking out my unit. (They've called me racial slurs) 3. Everything in my unit from the jump has been broken/ broken down. Said they'll fix it. They never did. Overall bad Apartment Complex. You know what management live in my unit and every stomp, bang, and yelling you here take a DOLLAR of my rent... nah nah for real. Let's see how FREE my rent will be after that. Because this deep in my lease with all of this shit is ridiculous. A family moved above me months ago. Maybe just 2-3 months into my lease. Non stop running, banging, yelling, and weed smell going through my vents. (Restroom was completely smoked out) Front desk people don't do anything unless make excuses and/or if send maintenance. Or they don't even answer the phone. Everything in my apartment has been damn near broken. And I did that paper to give back to them to fix. Nothing hasn't been fix. In this unit AC broken and it takes them all week.(5 days to send maintenance) The apartment managers switching out like dirty socks. They don't be doing anything. Tell me (when I can finally reach one, like the front desk people hiding this dude) yeah email me and I'll handle it. And these people don't even answer they're emails, phone calls, and I go up there and 9.99% times ain't even there. Front desk be acting like Y'all are hiding the manager or something from doing the Job. Can't even pass a message. Been sending noise complaints and yall tell me to do police report and they tell me to tell y'all. Nothing still being done. Reports and logs on both ends and yall can't move them? Wtf is going on? This don't make any sense. And they're still doing the same shit damn near every hour, minute, second of the damn day. 24/7. Can't get peace and quiet in my own place. Mainly because of the damn management!!!! Months of Mad police reports and complaints to the office still ain't nothing happened. But this is still going on. Don't even get me started on these roaches. My unit is spotless, and the jump had bug problems.
