This was honestly the worst apartment complex I have ever rented from. The staff had zero accountability whatsoever. The former manager would often make comments about the leasing agents whenever they provided me with incorrect information, which I found to be very unprofessional. I lived in unit 1331, and from the moment I moved in there, it was a nightmare.
There was a big crack in the ceiling. Every time it rained, the rain would come into my room. It took forever for the problem to be fixed, causing more rain to come in each time, and it eventually led to mold in my ceiling. They ended up having to remove the drywall and reinstall it.
During the summer, they experienced a significant problem with crickets entering through the cracks. It all around just seemed like a poor construction job. When I first moved in, the elevator was frequently out of order. Out of the 13 months I stayed there, the gates worked maybe a total of two months. When people use hot water in the bathroom, the sinks make a loud knocking noise against the wall, which wakes you up in your sleep if they use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
Parking is limited, which I knew would be a significant problem once the building started to reach capacity. Sometimes you would find random people parked in your carport. No direction was given on how to contact the towing company. Once, when a car was parked in my spot, it took over an hour to reach someone from the towing company, and they were not polite at all. After three hours of waiting for a tow truck, the man called me, and it turned out that dispatch had sent him to an apartment complex in Irving.
The key fobs NEVER work. Most people just stuck their hands through the gate to open the door, so it was never secure. Residents often fail to follow trash guidelines, resulting in trash being left out all weekend, which can be seen and smelled. The apartments do not hold them accountable, as stated on the move-in paperwork. One time, I came home and there were cartridge cases all over the ground from a gun. I thought that was odd.
The package process is a nightmare. It’s a hit or miss if you’ll even get a package because the companies “don’t know how to get inside after hours”. I’ve had plenty of packages returned to sender when the apartments first opened.
Finally, the person next door in 1333 bought a dog without informing the apartment office. The dog cried and barked from 7:30 am until about 4:30 pm when the owner was gone. I reported this issue and went back and forth with the complex for over a month, but nothing was done about it. It was so bad that I moved out a month early. On my move-out day, the dog was still barking loudly.
For some reason, when I moved out, they told me they would put my keys back inside my apartment until my move-out date. I thought that was odd, as I had moved out of apartments a couple of weeks early before with no problems. They forced me to continue paying for other utilities, which seemed strange too. My mom picked the keys up for me to make sure no funny business happened on their end. She did tell me it seemed like people were in my apartment as drawers were opened when she went to check on it one day. The day I called the electricity company to cancel my services; they told me someone already has a move-in date scheduled for the apartment.
That led me to believe they had people inside my apartment without my permission, which I’m sure is against the law.
I’m not sure why this complex is run so poorly, but they need better leadership. Throughout all the issues, I attempted to contact the Cushman and Wakefield property management team on multiple occasions, but they never responded. Good luck to the new resident going into my old unit..

Upon moving into my new apartment, I had the pleasure of meeting Andre and Andy as I was driving into the neighborhood. I briefly introduced myself and took a moment to voice a few concerns regarding the unit before submitting a formal maintenance request. Andre was immediately welcoming and encouraged me to go ahead and put in the request, assuring me it wouldn’t be a problem.
From that point forward, both Andre and Andy communicated clearly and worked efficiently to ensure all maintenance tasks were completed—not only in a timely manner, but with genuine care and professionalism. They worked together seamlessly, addressed every issue thoroughly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt satisfied and supported as a new tenant.
