This community is garbage, I do not recommend it to anyone to live here. I have been informing the office for more than 4 months that the people who live above me smoke marijuana all night, bang on the floor, do not let me rest all night, make noise, kick the floor, throw furniture, you can hear everything in my apartment, in the office, they do nothing, they do not care what happens in their community, they just raise the rent every month, the hallways are dirty, they never clean them, this is garbage, do not rent here because you can not rest here

Since they are leaving papers in the apartments, leave the balconies clean, because tomorrow there is going to be an inspection, I am going to try to see the people who are going to do the inspection to tell them all the problems there are in this condominium so that they look at the hallways to see that they are full of garbage that no one cleans, so that they check why they raise the rent every month for people without giving them an explanation. So that they can tell them what they do with all the complaints that the people who live here give that don't solve anything. Tomorrow I am going to try to talk to the inspection The people working in the office aren't doing their jobs; they just show their faces, laugh, and say everything will be resolved, but nothing ever is. What they're doing here is robbery. Besides, they don't take care of the people who live here. I'm paying over $2,200 and I've never been able to rest.

Some residents do not clean up after their dogs (even if it’s in the hallway), trash is frequently left in the stairwell, and management did not respond to either email I sent regarding another resident backing up into my car overnight, damaging it.
To be fair, management can’t do much about residents’ behavior but this is the only community I’ve ever lived at in 20 years with this extent of disrespect to the property and other tenants. Which is also really sad because it’s a beautiful community.

It’s now been over a month since my package arrived and management has still made no effort to help. I went in person three more times since leaving this review, my information was taken down multiple times over the course of this fiasco, and nothing has been done, no one has bothered to follow-up. As you can see, they copy and paste responses to critical reviews. TAM Residential is also useless when you attempt to contact them. Save yourself the trouble and move somewhere else.
I really wish I could give this place five stars because it’s a nice community in a great location but the Package Concierge service ruins it for us completely. You can’t access your package half the time and if it happens on a holiday or weekend, you’re screwed. Reps from the hotline are not helpful and lockers are often jammed so even if the leasing staff can help, if they can’t get the locker open you can’t access your package until they can call a technician from Package Concierge. There’s also no guarantee drivers will follow your delivery instructions, either.
I’ve been waiting on a package that was delivered January 19th and have tried three times now to access it. First it was a holiday, then my husband could not get anyone to help (customer service and staff kept pushing it back on each other), and finally I got someone on staff to help, but the locker holding my package was jammed and nothing could be done. That was two days ago, and I have not received any updates. This is a textbook for a class at my university—this class costs a thousand dollars and my textbook is being held hostage.
Further, packages that can fit into lockers frequently get left outside for anyone to walk by and take. Sometimes it’s the drivers, sometimes it’s people pulling out other peoples’ packages that were doubled-up in with their package in a locker. So not only are we being charged monthly for a service that doesn’t even work half the time, but the service itself is completely redundant. What is the purpose of having a service to keep packages secure when they either get stolen or you can’t access them at all? You’re just paying to be inconvenienced and you have no say in the matter.
The only thing crazier than all of that is the fact that nothing is being done to fix the battery of issues with Package Concierge, but there seems to be more urgency with charging residents for seasonal decorations and toys on patios and valet trash cans being left in the hallway, which most residents do so the people who pick them up can access them easier since not everyone is able to be home at the exact time they come by.
It’s a shame because the essential housing program is truly a life-saver, maintenance is wonderful, the units are stunning, and the patios are huge, but I do not foresee us renewing our lease because of this. Hopefully they get rid of Package Concierge in the future, otherwise I unfortunately cannot recommend The Hendry at this time.

For most of my time at the Hendry, I had a good experience. However, after the new owners, mgmt company took over, they weren't as attentive to the cleanliness of the building. Walking down hall in the building and you smell trash and weed. I never nailed anything to walls, had animals, it was just me and left everything clean. I was charged for paint, carpet and cleaning. I asked for a walk through and was denied. There was plenty of time for a walk through as I left 30+ days early and paid the lease in full

Do not trust this apartment!!!! For starters when starting my leasing process I was given keys to an apartment that wasn’t even vacant! Thank fully the residents weren’t home or else they would have been startled by a stranger with keys to their home. This was all after I had paid my deposit and is now being given the run around on getting it back. Was told by multiple managers that I was in fact eligible for the refund and have yet to get it Mind you this was back in February! Every time I call there is no answer or I’m told the manager will reach out and has yet to do so it’s absolutely ridiculous and I am so happy I dodged the bullet of calling this terribly managed building home.
