This building is the fakest luxury I’ve ever experienced. They get you to lease based on false promises- dog park- nope! 24/7 concierge-nope! Safety- nope! They tore down the dog park without an explanation, put in Luxor lockers that never work and packages are left sitting on the desk to be stolen. 24/7 concierge was cut without explanation. People put pillows in the door over night to let people in. This is not a secure building and this is not luxury. The halls constantly have dog pee and smell of pot. I’m embarrassed to have guests over. The parking garage gate is constantly broken and open for residents cars to be broken into or stolen. This neighborhood is very unsafe due to the Dart being so close and stores around the building are constantly being robbed. Avoid this complex. You’re getting completely taken advantage of for the return on what you pay for. You’re paying Dallas luxury prices and this is NOT it.
Upon my move out both main elevators were broken forcing my movers to use elevators that only went to the parking garage where you then take 2 flights of stairs or walk across the parking garage to another buildings elevator. This added twice the cost of my move because it took 3 times as long as it should have . This management company is so tacky they wouldn’t offer me a single dollar in concessions. I hope they take my deposit money and use it to train their staff and management (looking at you Penny!) in customer service. You all should honestly be embarrassed of yourselves. What a dumpster fire of a building and company..

Living here has been a major disappointment. For the past month, both main elevators have been out of service, with no clear communication from management. Residents are forced to carry furniture and groceries up multiple floors, and those with mobility needs are seriously impacted. Deliveries for over 200 units aren’t being completed because of this. Shockingly, in the U.S., it can take over a month to fix elevators—long enough to build a new high-rise.
The concierge is essentially non-existent, and during a recent storm, my unit experienced a ceiling leak, which management handled very poorly. I added the photo here. I lived in this sitution for over a week which completely ruined my work laptop and desk. A lot of units were like this.
Lastly, beware of the misleading five-star reviews—leasing agents ask people touring to leave them, inflating ratings unfairly.

I had such a wonderful experience touring with Que Bell. She was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Every question me and my husband had, it was met with patience and clarity, and she made the whole tour feel so wonderful! :)
What stood out the most was her genuine kindness and the way she truly listened to what we were looking for. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, and her communication was amazing. It’s rare to find someone who blends professionalism with such warmth!
Because of her outstanding service, we will definitely consider this property when making our decision. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I have lived here a month and so far it has been a great move. The area is really nice with a Starbucks and some food options right downstairs. Also, the Whole Foods being a block or so away is really nice. I had a good experience during leasing (thanks Cris Mendez) and my move-in was easy. Only minor thing is that it can be a bit noisy some days early morning (5-8 AM) with commercial deliveries servicing the businesses downstairs with the bedroom facing the street (not every day). Loving it so far.
Update: My lower floor unit continues to be noisy early morning with gas powered leaf blowers and delivery trucks working as an alarm clock. If you like to sleep in past 7-8am, I would suggest a higher floor unit or one with a bedroom that does not face the Starbucks. Still great other than that and I am looking into some sound proofing options to help with the noise.

I strongly advise against renting at this property in Dallas. During my very first month here, my car was broken into in the gated parking lot—a space I pay extra for—yet security took no action, and management refused to take responsibility until I threatened to break my lease. The garage gates are frequently broken, compromising the safety of any vehicle parked there.
The location itself is in an outlet mall area, which means there is a constant flow of people, contributing to an unsightly amount of trash that rarely gets cleaned up. At night, I do not feel safe walking my pets due to the area’s lack of security.
To add to the discomfort, the fire alarms randomly go off in the middle of the night, disturbing residents and making it difficult to get proper rest before work. There are also numerous hidden fees in the lease agreement that are not made clear upfront.
Overall, this apartment is not worth the stress or expense. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering renting in Dallas.
