Lived here for 2 and a half months (building 3 unit 3108). Day of move in, we had no hot water, ceiling fan busted, ice machine not hooked up, paint and adhesive all over the floors. Lots of dog poo everywhere, especially the dog run area. Trains run all day and several times at night, still blairing horns at 2, 3,and 5 o'clock in the morning. No security to help with partying neighbors (called several times over the course of living here). Constant cigarette smoke in breezeways and balconies. Trash piled up at dumpster all the time and trash around the grounds. Pool is ALWAYS grey water. Cockroaches inside and out of apartment. Air conditioner works intermittently, some days don't work at all. Only one of the two maintenance guys speaks English and the one that does is not professional (rude and plays music while working in unit). The head manager makes us feel like we have been the problem. Cushman and Wakefield are the newest property management company here (bout 5 months)-I think they are a little lost! What a let down and mistake moving here. This is NOT luxury living! I feel duped and defeated.
I want to at least acknowledge Auna (leasing agent), she is the only person that ever tried to help. She always has a positive and professional attitude and at times felt our frustration. They should make her the property manager!

Lizette gave me my tour, she answered all questions thoroughly and and understanding. the property is in such a convenient location. the apartments were beautiful and very clean. if i could give 6 stars i will.

Apartment is fine except the way the front door was built by the builder causes damage every time you open it. Trash can is always so full you can’t walk down additional trash for disposal. Despite that the dumpster isn’t emptied as often as it should be so you can dispose of garbage the complex will fine you for leaving bags outside the dumpster when full. The scaffolding around almost every building entrance is still there despite the complex being well past the completion date. They are always sending notices about make sure to keep things clean so the complex doesn’t have any eyesores. I hate to tell ya but the scaffolding you keep telling me will be removed “soon” is an eyesore to your residents.

💯 DO NOT RECOMMEND this apartment complex if you have a social life or family. My husband and I are moving to the area and came to stay with my sister that lives at Grand at Saginaw. While here we were also checking out the complex to see if it would be a potential for us to move into. Turns out this complex has the most ridiculous towing policy that every guest has to register their plates EVERY 24 hours on the dot. This is very inconvenient and ridiculous to expect guests to register at every 24 hour mark. A more reasonable way to handle this is have them register and put how long they will be staying. Anyway we got confirmation that my car was registered and the towing company claims it never was even though their register deal showed us it was. As a small complex they should have been able to see that we had already registered my out of state plates and at least sent a reminder before they up and towed the car away. Again this is absolutely ridiculous for an apartment complex in Saginaw TX to be this way. We reached out to the apartment complex to see if they could help make this right and they could do nothing. Also they use the worst towing company available. The towing company has no ability to speak over the phone and directs everyone to do things online. They clearly are the budget friendly option for the complex. They did not update where my car was for over 15 hours and you only have 24hours before more fees start racking up. Absolutely pathetic. So again would absolutely never recommend this place if you plan on having any family or friends come for a visit.
