I unfortunately had to move out of state, but I just want to express my gratitude to the team and complex for an amazing experience I had living at Enclave at Mira Lagos. The staff goes over and beyond for the residents and care for the property. The grounds are always so nice, I will truly miss my walks around the lake. The move out process was so smooth, and Tyler was there for me every step of the way. If I ever move back to Texas, this place will always be my home!

RUN! I have never had a worser experience in my life. They are criminals and scammers. They will try to find any way to rip you off, including adding fraudulent fees to keep from returning your security deposit. I don’t know what type of training they get but it seems they are all trained to steal from their residents. Management changed during my stay and Kristen is worse than Connie. Tyler isn’t any better either. I lived here for 1 year and it was by far the most overpriced trashy apartments in the nicest area I have lived. What others stated from months to years ago is still happening just with a few different faces. They all play the same game. From day one it has been a horrible experience. I paid all the fees requested for move-in and yet when it was time to get my keys, I needed to pay more. When I moved in my keys did not work to my front door, however my front door was unlocked and open. Go figure. Fees and prices kept changing. My monthly fees online sometimes doubled and my monthly rent amount kept changing. I complained and nothing was ever done. I like to pay extra every month but it was highly impossible at these apts. I requested to Tyler that a revision of my account be made and it never happened. To this day I know that Enclave owes me money for overages. I had to deal with constant A/C issues, spider infestation, suspicious activities around my living area, dirty hallways from leaking valet trash, the smell of weed, broken gates, unauthorized entry of my unit, fake inspections, fraudulent violation fees for covering my apt number with tape and questionable maintenance workers. Upon move out, I never received a reminder notice for renewal but put in my notice to vacate anyhow. I was told that I would still have to pay for a week after my move out day. Fast forward, I received an email about a final payment and I was immediately upset at what I saw. They trying to charge me for cleaning fees, late fees, carpet cleaning, tub resurfacing and partial rent payments. I have never felt more ripped off in my life. I emailed them a piece of my mind and went back and forth with Kristen about how I did not owe them almost 1200.00 in fees after move out. The apartment was returned to them the same way I received it. They took my deposit and is claiming I owe the rest, which I am sure is probably in collections by now. I want my money and I’m working on seeing to it that you pay me what you owe me and some. Anyone who reads this that has suffered some of the same issues from this complex, please let’s come together and file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against this property.
