I seldom write reviews, especially of this nature, but my experience here compels me to do so. I am disappointed by the ongoing neglect of property maintenance, which has greatly affected our living conditions, alongside the increasing rent that no longer corresponds to the unit's value or state. If possible, I would rate this place a zero. I cannot recommend it. Initially, before signing the lease, a representative named Sandy showed us the apartment, pointing out several issues that needed attention. She assured us that these would be resolved before our move-in date. However, after nearly ten days—on the confirmed move-in date—none of the promised repairs had been completed. I had to document all the issues with screenshots and send them for resolution, which took an additional week despite numerous follow-ups. I have never encountered an apartment being handed over to new tenants in such a state of disrepair. Furthermore, the management is exceedingly rude. They seldom answer phone calls, forcing us to visit the leasing office for any concerns or inquiries. During one visit, I attempted to discuss issues with the staff, but instead of seeking to understand my concerns, they insisted on making an appointment to speak with them. I would have appreciated at least a courteous response or guidance on the next steps before they addressed the matter. Each time I entered the office, the staff merely stared at us instead of offering assistance, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The assistant manager, Kalee Jenkins, has been particularly disrespectful, and this marks the third instance of such behavior. The poor management is a significant factor in my decision not to renew my lease. They seem to prioritize profit over respect for their tenants. The maintenance of the property is consistently inadequate, which has severely impacted our living experience. Once a maintenance request is submitted, it typically takes at least a week for someone to arrive and assess the issue. If repairs are necessary, the delays continue.
