I've been living here for less than a month, and unfortunately, my experience has not been great. To be fair, the apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing, and the amenities are nice—but that’s about it.
Customer service is mediocre at best, with Christopher being the only truly helpful staff member.
A major issue is Building 9945—why is the elevator still broken, and why is it taking so long to get repaired? The apartment management hasn’t offered any form of compensation for this inconvenience. It’s unacceptable, especially for residents with disabilities who are expected to use the stairs?
Additionally, the hallways have a strong, unpleasant odor, which is particularly problematic in an enclosed environment like this. While having apartments inside the building is a nice feature, the lack of consideration from some residents makes it unbearable. Many people fail to follow trash disposal guidelines, leaving bins outside long after pickup and dumping trash at improper times. As a result, the hallways are in terrible condition. How often are the carpets even cleaned?
Overall, the management team is ineffective, and I would strongly consider escalating these concerns to corporate.

This review is being submitted anonymously. The reason being, this property/ownership group are known for fining residents and stealing/keeping deposits from former residents who post negative comments. I can assure you I'm and resident. the ownership group (RPM) is going to reply to this review by saying "we have no record of you being a resident" to try to discredit it.
There aren't enough words to describe the disdain I have for this place. It's equal parts the office staff/management and the numerous residents who have zero consideration for others. The onsite staff is apathetic at best. A lot of words and no action. I'm confused by all the kudos for Chris. He's just as bad as the rest of them, he's just not rude.
As for my experience, living below my upstairs neighbor has been a nightmare, literally. It's hard to relax or get uninterrupted sleep with the constant stomping, slamming stuff around, vacuuming at 3am, etc. My next door neighbor thinks Friday afternoons are appropriate for playing techno/dance music at insanely loud levels. Then there's the constant stench of curry that comes from several apartments. It seeps into the SHARED not private hallways, ultimately under your door and into your apartment. I'm quiet, considerate and follow the community guidelines. Obviously, others are not and the response from the office is, "that's apartment living, deal with it." It might be part of apartment living but I expect more from a self proclaimed luxury property at the price I'm paying.
The onsite property management doesn't enforce anything. They occasionally send emails about parking and trash but that's it. Yet, there are still trash and parking violations, again, words without action. There are several cars on the property that aren't in running condition just sitting in resident spots, visitors parking in designated visitor spots isn't enforced, the onsite dumpster is a health hazard and hasn't had any maintenance probably since the community opened. People let their pets urinate/defecate on their balconies and never clean it up and the office staff allows it. The list goes on but you get the point.
There was recently a homicide onsite in broad daylight. I, like many residents, found out watching the news. RPM sends an email 3 days later describing it as an "isolated domestic disturbance." In that same email, they state that the safety of our residents is our number one priority. No it's not, collecting rent and keeping apartments full is.

When we first moved in 2 years ago it was a great complex with overall pleasant people to be around. Since new management took over the place has downgraded quite a bit. Repairs of things like elevators and gates have either taken too long or have been ignored all together. The back gate lock has been out of commission for months forcing some people to prop gates which could let anyone into the complex. Also, my building lock has been locking early causing people to prop the door into our building as well. Office says it needs to be “reprogrammed” but it’s been 2 months.
There have also been several incidents where multiple police have entered the complex at one time, most recently a few weeks ago where 8-10 cops in unmarked police cars were waiting in the parking lot presumably for someone who lives in my building. There was also a murder in the building next door and constant smell of marijuana in and outside of buildings (probably due to tenants openly smoking on the balconies despite the smoke free policy).
Other things of note include removal of towels, and water bottles in the gym when management changed, inconsistent refilling of wipes in the gym, tenants parking in guest parking leaving actual guests to park on the other side of the complex, and people constantly tailgating in the parking lot (saying this as someone that does not drive slow to say the least). Staff outside of Chris have overall been very unhelpful or rude when visiting the office.
Although it may look nice when visiting, I would not recommend signing a lease here if you are considering places to live.

I’ve been at this apartment complex for two years now and I can honestly say I haven’t had any issues aside from having minor parking stuff. The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly and take care of issues quickly. Erick has been the maintenance staff I’ve most come into contact with and he’s very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to maintenance. Overall I can’t complain about this complex. I’ve enjoyed my time living here.

During my visit to the community, I found the leasing agent to be quite standoffish. When we inquired about an apartment, she provided little to no information, simply handing us some papers and asking, “Do you have any questions?” without properly introducing herself. When we did ask questions, her responses were vague and unhelpful.
Before the tour began, she didn’t have the golf cart ready, which wasn’t an issue, but we were left waiting in awkward silence for about five minutes while she was on her phone. When I asked about the amenities, her response was dismissive, stating, “All our amenities are in this building,” without any further explanation. The silence continued until I specifically asked to see the amenities while we waited. She responded, “We are waiting on the golf cart; I will show you the amenities after we tour the apartment.”
As we neared the end of the tour, we encountered another leasing agent showing the amenities to a different group. At that moment, the agent’s entire demeanor shifted—her tone became more engaging, and she was suddenly more informative and customer-friendly.
While the community itself is nice, I would prefer to interact with a leasing team that makes potential residents feel welcomed and valued rather than like an inconvenience. Professionalism and helpfulness from the property management team play a significant role in choosing a place to live. I would like to find out who owns these apartments and whether they are aware of how their property management team is representing their community.
