I have been a resident for 2 years and can say staff is friendly from office to maintenance. Any maintenance items are addressed in timely manner. My kids and I love the pool areas! Neighbors are friendly too.

I’ve lived here for two years going to three and I recently upgraded from a small unit to a bigger one, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. What was supposed to be a simple, smooth transfer quickly became a headache. We signed paperwork for one apartment, but after multiple calls to sign forgotten forms from Matt, that unit was “accidentally” rented online. We were talked to look into a different unit instead which was unacceptable.
A week before moving in, we inspected the apartment and pointed out everything wrong, including how dirty it was. Matt assured us it would be cleaned before move-in day. On moving day, the place was absolutely disgusting — walls covered in grime like someone with zero hygiene had lived there. I had to use heavy-duty chemicals to disinfect the entire unit, which is unacceptable.
We also discovered a serious leak in the window. The leasing office sent someone for an estimate, but no repair date was scheduled despite a full week of rain ahead. Maintenance requests, like our leaking kitchen sink which is also falling down and that was supposed to be fixed before we moved in, keeps getting delayed with excuses that they’re “super busy.” Now our A/C is failing, and after placing an order, nothing has been done. Some of this orders were place almost 2-3 weeks ago.
Angel, the assistant manager, does her best and even takes blame she doesn’t deserve, but the rest of the team clearly lacks competence and responsibility.

I have been living here for almost 4 years now but will be moving out soon. When I first moved in I really enjoyed the apartment. It was clean, quiet, and everyone was very friendly. But over the last year it has gone down hill. The apartment complex is dirty, trash and animal waste in places it shouldn't be. The maintenance has become slower at responding to requests. I understand that there is a lot of apartments needing attention but it shouldn't take 2 almost 3 weeks to respond. We have been having problems with our neighbors smoking, which has never been an issue but now when the A/C comes on it blows out air smelling of cigarette smoke. I hope things improve for its future residents.

Worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. There was broken things from the minute I walked in took multiple calls and weeks to get things fixed. They say there a non smoking community but 5 days out of the week my apartment would smell like weed. The complex was often very dirty. There was dog poop just on the concrete for months nobody was ever going to take care of. There was bugs in my closet.
They advertise 2 "sparkling pools" but yet the pool was closed all year long and never got fixed.
An average maintenance request can take almost a week as they were "always busy"
My process for moving out was terrible. Manager left me waiting for over an hour and never answered there phones.
The customer service and attitude of there staff was like nothing I've experienced. I was so excited to move out. Would not recommend this apartment.

I moved here less than a month ago, and I’m already regretting my decision. Right from the start, I’ve faced significant issues that have gone unresolved.
First, the washing machine broke down after just one use. I submitted a request for maintenance to fix it, but it’s been weeks without any updates or follow-up. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating.
Additionally, there’s a leak in the bathroom ceiling that has me worried about potential mold growth. I’ve reached out multiple times via email, including to the manager, Shayla, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. It’s hard to believe that a complex would neglect such urgent issues, especially with the health risks involved. Also, when I do receive responses, it seems the staff nitpicks at minor details instead of addressing my urgent concerns.
Overall, my first impressions have been far from positive. I expected better service and responsiveness from a place that I thought would be my new home. I hope they can address these issues soon, but as of now, I cannot recommend this complex.
