Original review: So far so good! My lease just started this month, but it’s already been the best experience I’ve had dealing with any apartment complex. Agents are super responsive, Gaby was extremely helpful during the application/leasing process. Grounds are clean. Apartment was in pretty good shape. I didn’t have to scrub grout or clean blinds/window sills on move in day. I do wish this place came with some storage though. The normal patio storage isn’t available due to the water heater. Update: 4 months in. 3 weeks ago my 7yo was attacked by another tenants dog, and the entire incident was handled with very little compassion or enthusiasm. Considering all the detailed info and photos they collected when I registered my own dog, I thought I’d have some help finding the animal. 2 days went by before we found him ourselves. Management claims the guy DID have his 2 animals registered, yet they couldn’t use that information to help me identify the dog that attacked my son? They did an AWESOME job at protecting the dog owners privacy though. Still waiting for the regional person to return my calls. Dog owner is currently still here on the property, let’s just hope I don’t have any encounters with either of his dogs. Update: I never did receive any further communication from the entire team except if would go over there to raise hell about why they didn’t offer me any help/to ask more questions. Assistant manager at the time just gave me cold answers like “well I don’t know everybody on the property” or “I would have had to search through every dog owner in the community.” Maybe I’m the strange one, but I would have done EVERYTHING i could if one of my tenants small child had been attacked from behind by a pit bull. Dog was on a leash and still sunk his teeth into his back unprovoked. Eventually the owner and his dogs moved without consequence. That manager is no longer working there after she delivered her own baby just months later, but I still saw too many dogs walking around there off leash for my own comfort. Glad to have my kids in a safer environment. And I hope that lady never returns to any kind of work where she has to actually care about someone else’s wellbeing.
