8 MONTHS LATER – STILL NO RESOLUTION. I WON IN COURT AND THEY STILL HAVEN’T PAID ME.
I previously left a review about mold issues and the apartment complex wrongfully withholding my Deposit! Legally they have 30 days to return! At that time, management responded publicly saying they would "resolve this promptly."
That was 8 months ago. Since then, I’ve:
-Won a court judgment for $5,831.50 + interest
-Paid a constable to enforce it
-Been told on June 16, 2025, that a check was coming
-Followed up twice in July still vague excuses!
I moved out in September 2024. It’s now almost a year later, and they still haven’t paid what the court ordered them to. This property has been renamed 3 times from 4343 at the Parkway, Tides at Park 43 to The Chase Apartments, but they are still owned by Tides Equities—a company known for lawsuits, foreclosures, and unpaid debts across Texas.
I’m a U.S. Navy veteran who followed the law and tried to handle this respectfully. They’ve ignored me, the court, and their own public promise to “resolve this.”
Ask yourself: If they’ll ignore a court judgment, will they really care about your maintenance request or your security deposit?
Avoid this place. There are safer, more ethical places to live!
I will not stop until I get what’s legally owed to me!

All the bad reviews are accurate. THE ROACH PROBLEM WILL ONLY GET WORSE. We moved in over a year ago & it has been a consistent problem ever since. Please don’t think just because you keep your apartment clean you won’t have them because your nasty neighbors will be the source of them. The pest control guy even told us that’s where they come from & the complex doesn’t require everyone to get pest treatment. There’s Many other things I could complain about but this is the main reason we are moving out & not renewing our lease.

Roach problem!!! If I could give one I would. I am not a current resident but I did set up a self guided tour. When I arrived I got a text saying the unit I’d be touring was a two bedroom and I asked if there was a one bedroom but they said they would not my preference but this is what they had. Not too bad as I’ve had this happen however when I go up to the unit it smells gross due to trash being left out right outside the unit. When I walk in I make my way to the laundry area when I open there is cobwebs everywhere and I noticed in the corner are little dead roaches. That’s when I noticed all around there was multiple of them! I immediately left and texted saying no longer interest and informed them of the issue requesting they remove me from further contacts. They gave a preset apology and said they removed me. I have since received 4 additional texts and emails constantly asking about the tour and links to apply and I keep telling them to stop. This was their “model” unit I don’t even want to know what the rest look like. I’ve included pictures since it won’t allow me to attach a video
