Terrible Management, Unfair Charges & Arbitrary Rules 🚨 Avoid this apartment at all costs if you value fair treatment! 🚨 My move-out experience was an absolute nightmare—miscommunication, unjust fees, and a management team that couldn't care less about tenants. Unjustified Fees & Deceptive Billing Despite fully complying with lease requirements, I was wrongly charged for insurance, and my prorated rent was completely miscalculated. On top of that, separate fees for trash, pest control, and water mysteriously appeared, along with duplicate charges for May—even though I moved out in April! Excessive Cleaning Charges & Manipulative Documentation Management slapped me with cleaning fees for nearly every single item, yet their so-called "proof" failed to justify any of them. One of the photos they used wasn’t even from my apartment! Parking Restrictions Based on Nonsense Rules Apparently, a small scratch on my car meant I was banned from parking, despite no mention of this in my lease. Meanwhile, other damaged cars remained untouched. Disgraceful & Unprofessional Management Chris Malcom was utterly useless, offering no assistance in resolving billing discrepancies. Instead, she threatened to add more fees—including one for the dishwasher (which had zero issues). Susan Reves took almost a month to respond to my email, only to provide zero solutions when she finally called me. To top it off, she mispronounced my name—even after I corrected her! Then, she refused to go over the outrageous "cleaning" charges and simply claimed they were “valid” without any explanation. Sent to Collections Without a Single Warning Rather than discussing these fraudulent charges, management decided to send them straight to collections without notifying me. Absolutely disgraceful! Final Verdict: Stay Away! This apartment is falling apart, and management is using dishonest billing practices to patch it up—at the expense of tenants. Since my move-out notice, they’ve invented excuse after excuse to charge me unfairly. DO NOT rent here unless you want to be financially drained by a management team that does not care about you. Biggest mistake of my life moving here. Find somewhere else to live!
