I’ve lived in this apartment complex for a while now, and I’ve held off on writing a review because I genuinely wanted to give the management the benefit of the doubt. I’ve given them several chances, but unfortunately, the experience has only declined over time. They basically accept anyone to live here and the property smells like marijuana everywhere you go. **Garbage and Maintenance:** The property is consistently littered with garbage. There’s only one person handling all the trash, which is clearly not enough for a complex this size. When I first moved in, many things in the apartment weren’t functioning properly. I had to submit over 10 maintenance requests just to get the basics up and running. **Security Concerns:** I’ve seen homeless individuals wandering around the property several times — even inside the buildings. The package room has been broken into multiple times, and management failed to notify residents, leaving many of us to find out the hard way. Considering some of those packages could have contained medication or other important items, this is completely unacceptable. **Parking Situation:** Parking is another major issue. Guests only get about 2-3 days to park, and there’s no real street parking available since the surrounding areas are owned by the neighboring property. It’s a nightmare for visitors and frustrating for residents.Also, parking area does not contain enough lights to feel safe walking at night. **Safety Issues:** The worst experience was over Fourth of July weekend, when gunshots were fired in the parking lot area. That was the final straw for me. It’s one thing to deal with inconvenience, but when safety becomes a concern, it’s a dealbreaker. I tried to be patient, but, at this point, I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and professionally managed living environment. If anyone needs a real tour, ask a resident to show you around. FYI - I am reviewing anonymously because I am not seeking a deal on rent, but instead some actions in making our property clean and SAFE.
