The ONLY reason I moved here is because every other place is $1200 a month. They switched management companies in the middle of my approval process. The day comes to move in. No one is there at 10am as stated on the door. The lease wasn't ready. They said move in is at 2 but NO ONE said anything to me about that prior. I told her I could come back in a couple hours she agreed. 3 HOURS LATER I am sitting by the office because the door is locked and no one is there. I have been waiting for over an hour.
*UPDATE*
They didn't have my lease ready for me to sign but I said this was the agreed on date and I had movers coming.so they gave me the apartment key and said they would send me the lease. I walked into my apartment and the floors were so gross my feet were black. They took off the doors to my bedroom and closet and never put it back on like promised when I did the walk through. My mailbox didn't have a key hole. I emailed 3 times with no response and went to the office and no one was there. I had to call the VP of the management company and cuss them out. They called the property manager and she claimed she "never received the emails" but they conveniently popped up when she checked. They put the bedroom door on backwards and locked it. Which wasn't noticed until I shut the door and couldn't get out until my bf had to leave work and let me out. The maintenance guy's response? "you could have used a butter knife." --- let's just say I got the old manager fired. New managements have come and gone and it hasn’t gotten any better. My apartment leaked and it took a month to fix because they painted the walls the wrong color, and the cabinets didn’t even fit my plates. Maintenance ignores requests. My bathroom had no working tub or sink. But I was expected to clean it with no where to drain the water. New management tried to charge me $170 for it. They also added key fobs and aren’t there when they are supposed to be so people got locked out of the complex. This place should burn in hell.

This property has been a continuing problem. AC always goes out in Texas heat and nobody seems to think it’s important to fix. I moved in an had a roach infestation. It took forever to fix and I still have roaches. Just looking forward to moving out. Management is terrible and barely here.

This place was great until the new management took over a couple of months ago. There is little communication from the office. This is usually in the former of ambiguous notes taped to your door the night before something is done. The office is open two days a week and then not necessarily for the hours posted. No one from management does walk throughs of the complex. If you manage to get a hold of Norma to request something, like a repair in the laundry room or when a supposed install is to be done she says,"I'm sorry. I'm sorry." She then blames corporate and nothing gets done. If you call a second time she plays dumb and give a vague answer. I was told a breaker change, which required a closet to be emptied couple take 40 or so days. A sink that was not broken was ripped out and replaced with and smaller sink. I had to request them to repair the damage to the wall. When it was "repaired" it was not patched and ND only partially painted. I renewed my lease before the takeover and feel I was conned into it. Don't bother calling corporate. They will never respond. Can't wait to leave.
