A 1 stars is definitely too much to give this property. My apartment wasn’t ready. What I endured while living no person should ever go through. I had mold in the upstairs bathroom. The only thing they did was paint over it. The water in the tub wouldn’t shout off so the water would still drip. Maintenance called themselves fixing the problem and shout the cold water off instead but the water still drips. From him shouting off the water taking showers meant enduring extremely hot water. The toilet wouldn’t stop running so they replaced the toilet with a toddler size toilet. They didn’t cork the area so the urine water was leaking under the vinyl floors. The smell was horrible but the icing on the cake was it started dripping in my kitchen. I went to told the person in the office about the leak that started in my kitchen she told me to email the property manager. Instead of her making a call to management herself or even going a step further getting maintenance out to fix the problem. I don’t care what your situation is don’t waste you application nor admin fee because you are applying for trouble. Just because you may have some issue with your credit don’t mean you have to live like this. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Oh and I left a part out I started moving my stuff out and I didn’t answer my phone the day the apartment manager called me. She assumed and took it as if I abandoned the apartment and changed the looks. when I told her myself I would do a walk through with her. I communicated with her the whole time what plans was because me and my kids couldn’t and wouldn’t live in these conditions. I walked in office and acted a plum fool and she called the police as though she was in right to changed the locks. She had a picture of a notice that was placed in the apartment where I couldn’t see it until you opened the door it was placed inside the apartment. I told the officer my living conditions and how the changed the locks unlawful. The apartments tried to play victim but in the end I got the key back in my possession because I knew my rights. Again avoid this place at all cost. I don’t care what your circumstances are there are other apartments that will help you.

My father lives here and they have failed to fix a leak after months of damage. These apartments need to be shut down. I’ve filed a complaint with code enforcement as well.

These apartments are black mold and mildew infested. They legitimately need to be completely torn down. All they would do when I reported it was spray on top of it with killz. I lived there a year, every time someone came over they got sick or got a mean headache. I guess my body got used to it from staying there, but I did have congestion issues and ended up with horrible acne because it was so humid all the time in the apartment that my pores were constantly open. I ended up getting cystic acne. Also the manager lady, Marina, is extremely disrespectful (not sure if she’s still there). They are very sloppy when they come in and fix anything in the apartment. I constantly smelled sewage in my apartment, especially when the people above me would flush their toilet. It was pretty disgusting and embarrassing. When I reported it they just came in and said they didn’t smell anything, and to let them know when it smells so they could come and see….. which wasn’t really possible with how fast it would go away and how long they would take to come, if they even acknowledged my report at all. The roach problem here is AWFUL. I literally had a small snake slithering through my apartment once, no bullcrap. Also had a sudden maggot infestation in the whole apartment for a couple of days, I don’t know where they came from. I had 0 food or anything sitting out in my apartment , I’m not dirty. I had to bug bomb the whole apartment to kill the maggots… they were randomly coming out of nowhere, I was so confused. It was disgusting… I almost lost my freaking mind… they didn’t do anything about it when I reported it, just had the regular pest control guy come in (who would just spray like two areas of the house and leave). I could go on and on about issues I had there (building 1505) but I digress. By the way, pretty sure they once left something on my door asking for good reviews on here. I’m not sure if they offered incentive or not, I don’t remember. I do remember them asking though. Take heed to this warning if you’re wise.
