This is the worst apartment complex!!!! I am sadly a current resident I moved in August 2024 and so far they have tried to evict me twice due to corruption in their office and my first 6 months I didn’t have any AC. 1 month after I had moved in I was notified that I owed them $1,000 for my moving deposit I informed the office that I had paid the deposit as well as every other fee that’s how I was able to move in! I fought them about this for months. I thought the problem had been resolved until I got an eviction notice on my door for the balance of $5,000 for non payment of rent but when I signed my lease I got 8 weeks free! I immediately contacted the office this was in November of 2024. Upon contacting their office I was told that because they “never received” my initial $1,000 deposit the move in special was voided. So what did I do paid the $5,000 via cashiers check from the bank and mailed it to click pay as they requested. One week later I get a call from the front office stating that they never received the payment and that they were proceeding with the eviction. The next day I went to the office with receipts showing the money order which was addressed to them and the receipt from the post office showing the exact day it was mailed off. I was told that there was nothing that they could do and that I would have to pay the money again or move out. I went back to my bank and got the proof that the check was cashed deposited just 3 days after I mailed it out. Still the entire office of Resia Dallas claimed payment had not been received I had to go to court and show the judge that the check that was specifically made out to the apartment complex was indeed cashed and deposited into their exact account, and my case was dismissed. Once we got back from court I got a call from the office stating that they “found” the missing money. I thought everything was cool once again well I was wrong! I received a knock on my door on morning I opened the door and lord behold there was another paper on my door telling me I had 3 days to vacate the apartment due to non rent payment. I went directly to the office where I showed proof that I had paid the rent on time. The front office told me to ignore the notice and that it was a mistake but I look around the office and it’s 5 other people who had the same “mistake” I don’t have to tell you what race we were! This apartment complex is full of thief’s and untrustworthy workers. They will give you 50 pointless fees on top of base rent. The entire complex if filthy and full of roaches and flies, there is never any parking for residents and the trash always overflows into the street. Maintenance is horrible they are lazy and can’t fix basic things I went 6 months without basic heat and air conditioning. I had a leak in my refrigerator 3 times and each time they claimed they fixed it just for it to happen again they ended up just unplugging my ice maker! I have complained multiple time about my smoke detector constantly going off due to the batteries the man got a latter looked at it and said it was fine. Seriously extremely useless. Maintenance will walk into your apartment without any notice or warning like it’s completely normal. Overall I am counting the days when I leave this place I would not recommend these apartments to ANYONE. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!
