Our Lease Consultant “Hira Zubair” was responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and she was, and still is extremely helpful in ensuring a clean and comfortable move-in experience. Avoid The Remy – Not Worth the Hype
Our experience at The Remy has been extremely disappointing. For the price you pay, the quality and service are far below acceptable standards.
Internet: The “included” AT&T internet is unreliable and frequently down. You’re forced to pay for it every month with no option to opt out, even though it barely works half the time.
Valet Trash: Another mandatory fee for a service that barely functions. Trash often isn’t picked up, yet we’re charged monthly as if it is.
Pest Issues: Insects like roaches and worms are a recurring problem inside the units, which is unacceptable for a newly constructed building.
Maintenance: The maintenance team is a 4/10 at best. We submitted a request to fix the refrigerator’s ice machine and waited two months for a repair. When it was finally addressed, the technician warned us that the next filter change would be added to our rent—something I’ve never heard of as a renter. If I’m paying rent, I shouldn’t be penalized for basic upkeep that’s out of my control.
Garage Doors: Constantly broken. This building was completed just last year—how are there already so many structural issues?
As a member of FC Dallas, I will absolutely be warning fellow players, coaches, and staff against ever renting here. The management and maintenance quality at The Remy does not reflect the standards of professionalism or reliability that we expect—and frankly, deserve.
Bottom line: There are much better places to rent in the area. Don’t be fooled by the amenities or marketing—many of these problems are unique to The Remy and not worth the headache

Unfortunately, my experience with this property has been extremely disappointing. The property has a serious roach problem, the WiFi is unreliable, and maintenance issues are either ignored or addressed far too slowly.
It’s frustrating to see that many of the people who actually cared about the residents have been pushed out, while the current team seems more focused on appearances than actual service. Especially the two ladies in the front. It’s unfortunate it has to be like this. Communication is poor, and it feels like resident concerns are not a priority anymore.
Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and professionally managed living environment.

Absolutely cannot recommend living here to anyone. The internet goes down the second week of every single month, management is a joke and so rude and will blame/gaslight you the tenant for things that they’ve repeatedly failed to fix, the garage door always breaks, roaches, an ant problem, if you have a stand up shower everyone here is now having mold growing in their baseboards outside of their shower due to the way it was designed, and maintenance won’t fix it because they just claim that it’s happening in every unit with a stand up shower, a high humidity problem within our units, people who smoke here at a smoke free property and it gets ignored by management, the main doors in the lobby never lock correctly so anyone can enter the building at night and has been this way since last year. Multiple residents have complained about this and zero help. There is nothing luxury, or relaxing, about living here. Yes it’s new and the amenities are nice, but with how miserable you’ll be living here, the amenities won’t help. If you do end up moving here, you’ll see all the complaints regarding every single thing I’m saying in the resident portal. We are all so fed up.
