I’ve lived here for a year and i’ve enjoyed my stay here. Leasing office is very friendly and the maintaince workers here, Michael and Bill are great. They are fast and efficient. I had placed a maintaince request and within the same day Michael the maintaince worker showed up to fix my washer that took 5 minutes. They’re good with communication and directions because i had let them know to call before showing up so i can put my pets away and they did exactly that. The building is very clean and spacious for the price i’m paying.

If I could rate this property and staff zero stars I would. Having a hard time understanding how anyone would be able to write, post or say anything positive about this property or staff. I moved in almost two months ago, and I’m already looking forward to my lease ending. Literally the day I moved in I knew I had just made the biggest mistake and if I could have, I would have just told the movers to take my stuff to storage. Mistakes were made on all my paperwork prior to moving in, I had to ask several times for pertinent information prior to moving in; utilities, freight elevator situation etc. and Macie didn't know, and wasn’t provided to me until 48 hrs. prior to move in. I was completely unsure of what unit I wanted because it was a nightmare getting anyone to take the time to provide options, it was a complete inconvenience. On the day I did tour a few units Macie wrote prices down on a sheet, I wasn’t provided with anything else, and the prices were inaccurate.
I struggle to find any positive comments, I can give 20 reasons why not to rent here. I struggle to understand how an organization has employees in place that fail to perform and lack customer service skills. There is no communication from the staff, lack of experience. Every conversation I have with anyone is through email, and that is intentional.
My unit was a construction mess, I have an entire page of documented construction issues that I forward to their attention. Macie’s responses was “there are imperfections”. I understand construction, I’ve moved into and lived in communities under construction before. But this is a war zone to live in. Hallways not cleaned, vacuumed, and there are piles of dust throughout the entire building. Same pieces of garbage in my hallway since moving in 6 weeks ago. Inside the actual units is an absolute construction failure. I specially said I wanted my unit cleaned prior to moving in, it took me two days to clean all the construction dust and dirt from kitchen cabinets, bathroom, and closets. Units should be cleaned. I specifically requested they ensure the unit is “free of construction dust” due to health reasons and it absolutely was not. If they had walked the unit, they would have identified the stove was smashed in on the side. And don’t expect a “welcome gift”, I got nothing but a folder of paperwork
I have thoroughly documented the move in condition by taking pictures and videos.
Amenities/Common Space: the pool was supposed to have been finished months ago and still not complete. The gym is dirty, machines not cleaned. Had to request they supply the gym with disinfectant wipes, wire out of the walls, machines not properly set up for use, etc. Garbage shoots have not been operational, elevators broken, mailroom still not complete so you never know where your package is going to be. The courtyard by my unit is still not completed, piles of plants, dead plants and garbage throughout.
I also realized after an incident I had to put up my ring camera. Failure to have a sense of security someone won’t attempt to enter my unit and because I am not confident that someone won't steal my packages. If you attempt to provide feedback the staff’s responses are rude. I have contemplated writing this but literally at my breaking point with this place and lack of professionalism from the staff. Defending on who you ask, you get different answers. I've had family visit me, and it was absolutely embarrassing that I pay $2700 for two bedrooms and this place is an absolute disaster.

I have enjoyed living at this property until recently!! For the past 3 weeks I have had a centipede infestation throughout my apartment. Their response has been, “oh, it’s the weather”. As they have tried to rectify the situation, nothing that they have done is working. I have been understanding until the point I am waking up to centipedes in my bed. Yvette (property manager) has been a great help however, Sandee (regional) has not.the photos pictures aren’t even half. This is disgusting!!! I pay $2200 to sleep with pest and it’s unacceptable.

I recently vacated my apartment at the Presidium in Frisco Square and just wanted to share my experience so others can be aware! We found mold on the wall in our family room, main bedroom, bathroom, inside the microwave, and in the air (sample was collected in the family room). The apartment is refusing to admit it’s mold even after we got lab confirmation that it was. They “cleaned” it off the wall by scraping it which allowed mold spores to get on our furniture. They also stated that this had been happening in other units and they just wipe it off and paint over it. Having an autoimmune disease makes this situation that much more serious and we are very frustrated with how they have handled it.
