If you read any review, let it be this one. If you need more, filter reviews by lowest and believe everything you read. I’ve lived at Parc Haus Celina since September 2023, and I am beyond fed up. This has been, without question, one of the most exhausting and infuriating living experiences I’ve ever had. Since day one, my yard has been a complete disaster: just mud and standing water with barely a patch of grass. I’ve submitted over 25 complaints to the leasing office, and still, absolutely nothing meaningful has been done. Management’s only "attempt" to fix this was to carelessly throw grass seed directly on top of soaking wet mud, without prep work, drainage repairs, fixing the exposed water lines, or doing *anything* to actually help grass grow. Of course, nothing grew. It was a pointless, lazy bandaid just so they could say they did something, even though the yard looks exactly the same months later: disgusting, muddy, and completely unusable. I have two dogs and a toddler who desire outdoor time every single day, and I can’t let them use the yard without bringing the whole mess back inside. I mop my floors two or three times a day just to keep up. My toddler plays in this mud, which is unsanitary and dangerous, and I’m constantly worried about what he’s being exposed to. Inside the unit is no better. There are pests: wolf spiders, ants, silverfish, roaches, and even rats. When I put in a pest control request and listed the types of insects we were dealing with, a staff member *actually made a joke* about how they “like how I know my insects.” Of course I know them, we’ve been LIVING TOGETHER for almost 2 YEARS! That kind of response just shows the lack of professionalism and basic respect for what residents are going through. The yard has standing water that’s become a mosquito breeding ground, and there's mold growing outside from the constant moisture. That mold gets tracked into the house, and my family has started experiencing respiratory issues that may be tied to exposure. This isn’t just frustrating, it’s dangerous. I pay $2,200+ a month to live in these conditions. I’ve never missed rent. I’ve asked repeatedly to be let out of my lease due to the unsafe, unlivable conditions, and they’ve outright refused. I’m still actively trying to get out, but management continues to dismiss my concerns like they don’t matter. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if they’re pushing people to leave positive reviews to bury all the bad ones. A 4-star rating is laughable. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. And to management: Do not bother replying to this review with your usual copy-paste “please email us” message. You know exactly who I am. You know how to contact me. And you know *exactly* what the problem is and the solution for it. By letting me out of my lease. Stop pretending otherwise. Enough is enough.
