When I was apartment hunting in East Dallas, Bell Properties were really the only ones that stood out, and after living at Parc at Garland for 13 months, I can confidently say it was a great choice.
I started off with Brandon as the manager (he was great) and then got to experience the Jennifer and Carter team, who are absolutely fantastic. They're professional, super detail-oriented, and genuinely care about the residents. I've never had them not return a call in less than 24 business hours. It’s rare to find that kind of follow-through and kindness in property management, but they’ve got it down.
The apartment itself was beautiful, modern updates, well-kept, and it really felt like home. I always felt safe in the complex, which was a big deal for me as a single mom.
Only downside? Our downstairs neighbors were ... a challenge, no fault to Parc at Garland. If you're sensitive to noise, I’d recommend a top-floor unit, which our was, just to play it safe.
All in all, great experience, I'd be there longer if I didn't change jobs; I highly recommend!

These apartments are ok but please keep in mind, when you move out you’ll be responsible for paying to paint the entire apartment and all necessary touch ups to make it ready for the next person and you’ll be charged a cleaning fee no matter how clean you leave the apartment. I’ve never been sent an invoice to paint an apartment for the next person anywhere else I’ve lived before just for wear and tear of a unit. Wish they would’ve told me that prior to moving in.

I have to give a HUGE shout out to Jennifer in the leasing office. From the time my husband and I toured to the apartment until it was time to pick up our keys, Jennifer has been nothing but AMAZING! The whole move-in process was a smooth transition. I really appreciate her! She’s a sweet person and if there are ever any issues or concerns she will address them quickly! I love this community and so glad my husband and I chose to live here! 😍

Do not rent here unless you’re prepared to fight for your rights.
I submitted my 60-day notice and vacated exactly when I said I would. I was told I had to leave early because a new tenant was moving in but the lease didn’t fall through after I was told it was, and they still charged me for days I wasn’t allowed to stay.
On top of that, they tried to bill me nearly $1,000 in move-out charges, even though I have video proof the apartment was clean. They ignored my communications, wouldn’t give me their legal contact, and now they’re trying to send me to collections.
I’ve filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General and will be pursuing the matter in small claims court.
Multiple other reviews mention similar issues mold, ignored maintenance, and unfair charges. This is not a one-off experience. Be very careful.
