The new management seems to be better but it's changed 3 times since I've lived there so who knows how long that will stay. This was my second time living here after my rough first experience but I wanted to give them another shot because the price and location are good. They moved me in to an apartment that smelled like an ash tray and after asking about it they told me the old tenant broke back into the apt and was crouching there for a week until they noticed. For multiple days they told me they were doing things to fix it but I would go in the unit and there would be no change. After a couple days of panicking I went to the front office to try and talk to the manager about options. She didn't even bring me back to her office she stood there in front of the staff and customers and said "there's nothing we can do about it what do you expect". She then changed her tone quickly when I had to plead for other options as it was an unhabitable unit. They found me another unit only after a front office member finally agreed to come with me to check out the unit who was appalled by its condition. Not only did it smell worse after allegedly deep cleaning it and re-painting, it was incredibly dirty. The photo of my hand was after one swipe across a countertop. Got into another unit thankfully but then had to deal with the neighbors who would constantly leave their trash in front of my door. I'm guessing it was because I lived across from the elevator but who knows. Had someone leave an open trash bag full of wet dog poop in front of my door after one month of moving in. I let the front office know about it with no response. Someone came in to change the air filter, and in the notes it said it had not been replaced in multiple years and then just left caked on dust/dirt all over my things and floor for me to deal with. The upstairs neighbors sink had a leak and it came down through the lighting fixture and ruined everything I had on my countertop. Other things as well such as the ceiling above the shower leaking, no air flow in the bathroom, and very thin walls. The location is nice but there are a lot of other apartments nearby. I want to say again the new management seems like they are trying and have monthly events and such. I just happened to live there during a really rough management timeline it appears.
