Living here for 14 months:
Attempted SA and homeless living in the IT closets occurred here 2 weeks ago. Another SA occurred here in December. Both of these incidents involve homeless accessing the building and doing as they please.
Management wants to keep it quiet and sweep it under the rug. They didn’t even inform residents there was a SA. They have yet to make any kind of permanent security changes to the building.
More homeless enter the building with ease (most recent on June 16th and June 25th). 6 cars in the guest parking a few nights ago have had their windows bashed in.
In addition, management treats its residents like children. When there is a concern or issue brought up, we are dismissed. At one point, management told residents who wanted to voice their concerns about the SA, “at this time, everyone needs to go back to your apartments” without hearing any of us out.
I’ll change my review if this place takes the safety of its residents seriously. So far, we have had empty promises of increased security and have not seen any permanent changes.

Do not live here, been here for 9 months.
1 elevator is always not working, in some cases nether are working.
Fire alarm tests are done constantly(it was like 30 times in 2months) so if you sleep in late or if you have a dog you are screwed.
Homelessness and breakins are constant. They're walking around or gaining access to building and cars where they will still your stuff. This is solved by simply paying a security guard but they don't even have that. They don't have cameras to monitor the parking garages so that they're not liable. This apartment complex is set up to be low effort/maintenance which will directly effect your quality of living, do not move here.

I just recently moved into One Oak Grove. I must say that Megan and Victor really know how to take care of the customer. Victor went above and beyond to ensure my initial experience here was top notch. Thanks again for your best welcoming into the building.

Not safe to live here, just last night every single visitor car window was smashed in. There were homeless people living in the IT closets for 3 MONTHS which was discovered after a resident witnessed what appeared to be an attempted SA in the stairwell of a homeless woman. Management made an “effort” in the beginning but it quickly fell off as another homeless person was seen trying to enter the closets right after the initial incident.
Edit 6/25: Another homeless person spotted entering the building. Why is it so hard to secure the building???!!
Update 8/4: After managements’ promises of adding safety measures, they still have not followed through. On Saturday 8/3, and Friday 8/2 residents captured footage of the same homeless woman from the incident in the hallways jiggling the handles of doors.
Update 1/14/25: Management attempted to add an app system vs key fob for access when the front desk is closed. It failed and now the resident garage is wide open which allows anyone to now enter the building and garage. Also the new management people never answer emails so good luck trying to get in touch with them if you do live here!!
