Worst living experience of any place I have ever resided. If you read this and are thinking about moving in, please let this be your sign to avoid this place at all costs.
There is so much to complain about, I don't know where to begin, so we'll start with management. At best they are absent, at worst they are malicious. Even after verifying I had the correct email and phone number, they were impossible to contact. They never once responded or answered, leaving me to have to ambush them when I saw anyone in person so I could resolve issues. Similarly, the online portal is only good for paying your bill since that's all that matters to them. Any messages through the portal will be ignored and deleted. Nothing stays on the maintenance requests records, of which there will be many, which is concerning since I often had to prove through various ways that the damages caused during repair weren't my fault. This is purposeful so they can deny any accountability later. Also, if you don't like people entering your home without your presence, I'm sorry to tell you that is going to happen.
Make sure you record every correspondence and payment because they will always conveniently lose them and try to charge you additional money or charge you again for things you already paid. It will be your responsibility to continually provide evidence of these things because they will try different tactics. Some good examples are 1) They attempted to charge the tenants for previous 4 months' water usage as separate charges, despite the utility already being covered by the monthly charges and 2) Changing the amount of required renter's insurance without any stated cause, halfway through the lease. 3) Despite leaving a voice message and email over 70 days in advance, they tried to notify me I never gave me 60 days notice. Again, I had to go in-person to prove something that should have been a non-issue from the start.
Now to the homes themselves. They are new builds that were made fast and poorly. Although built in roughly 2023, they need constant repair. Our upstairs pipes leaked through the downstairs ceiling early on. The front door was misaligned. AC went out after minimal use, especially for Texas weather. Any repairs they do, they will not be sealed well after or concealed. I included a photo of the repair to the bathroom plumbing, which is how it looked for the remainder of our stay. Again, remember to keep careful records of all of these things if you want to avoid any additional fees once they remove any record of the work orders from the portal shortly after.
Then there is the complex as a whole. For the first five months I lived at Mission Town Square, they did not empty the dog waste bins once. The photo I included is one of many. The place was always a mess. The gates only worked for 1 week of my entire stay. The back gate only works as an exit, so there is only one place to enter the complex and it is always open.
I'm sure I could go on for hours, but the point is this: Mission Town Square only cares about getting you to sign the lease. After that is done, good luck. If you made it through reading all that and are still considering this place as your new home, please consider that it would also be cheaper and more beneficial to just rent or finance a house with a full yard and garage. For anyone unfortunate enough to have already signed the lease, I hope the best for you, but I expect a lot of 4 & 5 star reviews to change to 1 star by the end of their lease.
Edit: The reply to my review below is the only time I've ever received any response from their team. It also shows the lack of accountability on their part. They blame the tenants or old management for some problems, then ignore other ones. Many of my complaints result from the new management and their awful communication.
Update: They updated their reply below because someone must have realized how poorly it might be received by the public. I stand by my review. I tried too many times to resolve issues privately, to no avail, so this is the route.

We went to look at another townhome on the same day we looked at Mission Town Square, and the other place lacked so much customer service. Crystal definitely cared and showed compassion, and I hope she knows she is definitely the reason we came back and said yes!
