Avoid This Apartment at All Costs – One of the Worst in the Entire DFW Area If I could give this place zero or negative 100 stars, I absolutely would. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst apartments not just in Euless but likely in the entire DFW metroplex. From the moment I moved in, it was an absolute nightmare. On my very first day, I discovered that the unit was completely infested with roaches. Take a good look at the picture below to see the number of roaches found on just the very first day.. The appliances were not just outdated—they were in horrible condition, far worse than I could have ever imagined. Management clearly has no interest in maintaining the property or ensuring tenant satisfaction. Their only goal seems to be to take advantage of residents while providing subpar living conditions. One of the most frustrating and unacceptable issues was the unannounced water shut-offs, which lasted for extremely long hours. This happened multiple times without any prior notice, causing significant inconvenience. Such negligence is completely inexcusable. The management staff, particularly the property manager, is completely incompetent and unprofessional. They have no idea how to handle tenant concerns and seem to lack even basic knowledge of property management. They should be fired immediately along with the rest of the staff, who are equally unhelpful and indifferent to the residents’ well-being. Upon moving out, I was hit with outrageous charges that were completely unjustified. This seems to be a common tactic they use to scam tenants out of more money. Thankfully, I documented everything, including the shocking condition of the unit on the first day I moved in. I genuinely don’t understand how this apartment complex is still in business, considering the numerous violations and horrific living conditions. It should be shut down immediately. No one deserves to go through the terrible experience I endured. If you’re considering living here, stay far away—this place is an absolute disaster.
