I have lived here for the last 18 months and really appreciate the property and the way the (new) manager takes care of everything.
All construction has been completed and the property is spotless. The Kroger supermarket bordering the property is a huge plus as is the various grades of schools within walking distance.
Each unit has its own enclosed garden with high fences suitable for kids or pets. As this property is new it has the best heating/cooling and insulation.
This property is ideally suited for families who are not ready to buy but want something more than a traditional apartment. They have 1,2 and three bedroom units,.
The owners had used an external management company last year which was less than successful (being nice here) but that is no longer the case as they have a new in house manager who is doing an excellent job.

Bad first experience.
My fiancé and I tried going up here to get some more info and take a tour of the complex. We walk to the office and try to go in but it’s locked. We walked around the building to see if there was another entrance and we saw an employee sitting inside looking at us. We go back to the front and attempted to go back in and she is just staring at us not trying to even let us in while it’s almost 100 degrees outside. I called the office and Sara or Sarah picked up (the one who was watching us) and I told her I’m outside trying to get more information about the complex, and she rudely cut me off saying she was with somebody else and she will let us in later. At that point I just said ok and hung up and took it upon myself to walk the complex. After dealing with her I don’t even want to live there anymore. Horrible customer service from her. Lost my business just based off that.

I wanted to update my review. Mission is working hard to fix the previous management’s downfalls. Ashely and the front office have been very helpful trying work out kinks left over from the other management company.

There were several in-depth reviews of what this community is like prior to the address swap which ultimately removed the informative reviews that other tenants have left.
I’ll say this. I’m hopeful that we won’t deal with more last minute and terrible decisions made by the owners of this property like taking the online payment platform offline and then leaving notes on the doors of residences to let them know they need to pay via money order. This is especially tough if you find out by way of your house sitter with no email to back it up and you’re half way across the country on business. Credit to management that they didn’t charge me a late fee when I returned but let’s be real Jo judge would actually expect you to pay when our lease specifically states we are about to pay online.
I am also hopeful that they won’t double lease garages and co time to charge tenants who don’t have access to their units.
I’m hopeful that they will get the trash picked up more than once every other week and I hope that the valet trash team starts picking up more than once a month.
Update:
So far so good. I’ll take no rent increase as progress. Campus is clean-er now. Trash is getting picks up on time. Payment portal is steady. I guess we will see what happens next.
I also hope that more people move out so I can get cheaper rent and not have to battle over parking which there is none of.
Lastly I hope that they get a consistent team and bring in a reputable company like bozzuto or JLL.
