I recently toured Mirra, and had an exceptional experience. Lindsay, who guided my tour, was absolutely phenomenal her friendliness and professionalism made me feel so welcomed. The complex itself is impressive, with lots of modern amenities. It’s no surprise that units are selling out quickly, given the prime location and high-quality offerings. Though I chose a different path, I can’t recommend Mirra enough to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home.

I wanted to wait until I officially moved in before sharing an honest review—especially since I relocated all the way from Charlotte to Frisco! It’s been two days since my move, and I have to give major props to the leasing office. This has been by far the smoothest, most welcoming experience I’ve had. I even hugged the team when I arrived!
Though the building is still under construction, it’s absolutely beautiful, and you can tell it’s going to be something special. My unit is gorgeous—any minor imperfections I noticed were addressed in under 24 hours, which says a lot about the level of care here.
A special shoutout to Maebrie and Lindsey—they’ve been amazing from start to finish. Everything has been organized, clean, and thoughtful. The location is great too—right in the middle of the square with a few nice spots around.
No complaints on my end. I’ll come back with an update after a month or two, but for now, it’s a 10/10 for me. It’s a hidden gem, and honestly, a no-brainer if you’re thinking about making the move!

My experience with Mirra Apartments in Frisco, TX, was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by poor communication, unprofessional staff, and a complete disregard for customer care. As someone relocating from Illinois, I invested significant time, money, and effort to visit this property, only to be met with an utterly disorganized and disrespectful experience.
In May, I began working with leasing professional Lindsay, who was courteous and facilitated a virtual tour of a unit I liked. We agreed I’d visit in person on July 10th to view the reserved unit before signing a lease, and I received a confirmation email for the appointment. However, when I arrived after flying from Chicago, the experience unraveled.
Upon arrival, resident services manager Joseph informed us that everyone in the touring party needed an ID, a requirement never mentioned in the confirmation email or prior communications. Frustrated, we pointed out that we had called multiple times that morning to confirm details, but no one answered, to which Joseph dismissively responded that the office was “still getting ready for the day.” We had to drive back to our hotel to retrieve my girlfriend’s ID, wasting time and adding unnecessary stress.
When we returned, we met leasing agent Maebree Rodriguez, who informed us that we weren’t even on the tour schedule—despite my confirmed appointment and email. Shockingly, she dismissed the confirmation email and showed no concern for the fact that we had flown in specifically for this visit. Worse, we were told by her Manager the unit we reserved was unavailable due to ongoing construction, a “moisture leak”, and a “hole in the wall”—issues never communicated beforehand for our appointment. Maebree offered to show us a different unit, but this felt like a bait-and-switch after planning this visit meticulously to view the specific unit I applied and got approved for with Lindsay.
Eventually, the manager allowed us to view the reserved unit, warning it would be “dirty” and damaged. The tour itself was abysmal and surprisingly the unit had no construction, hole in the wall, or visible moisture leak. Maebree was disengaged, barely speaking, and failed to highlight any features of the unit or show us the amenities unless I specifically asked. When I asked for basic information about the unit, her response was a curt, “What do you mean?”—shockingly unprofessional. She also neglected to show us other one-bedroom units or the coworking space I had expressed interest in, attempting to rush us back to the leasing office and hand us her card as if the tour was over. Only after I insisted and spoke with Joseph again did we see additional units and amenities. Joseph was marginally more helpful in this second interaction, and we found another unit we liked, which we reserved. He promised to send leasing documents via email that same day, with a 48-hour signing deadline.
It’s now July 12th, 48 hours later, and I’ve received no email, no documents, and no response despite multiple calls to the property, which go unanswered. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially after the time, expense, and effort of flying across the country to tour a unit we reserved months in advance.
Mirra Apartments’ management is disorganized, unresponsive, and dismissive. From failing to honor a scheduled tour to neglecting basic customer service, this property is a gamble not worth taking. I toured another apartment complex in Frisco later that day, where the staff was professional, communicative, and transparent, offering higher-quality units at a comparable price. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Mirra Apartments at all costs.
