Amy, the Manager is incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She makes sure the community runs smoothly and you can tell she really cares about the residents and takes pride in making Midway Row House feel like home. It’s rare to find someone who brings this level of dedication and warmth to their role. I truly appreciate everything she does!

My stove stopped working while cooking on 6/30/25. I submitted a maintenance request, but I received a “I’m sorry” response stating there was no maintenance personnel on site. This was upsetting, considering the high cost of rent.
On 7/1/25, I received an email stating I needed a new heat sensor or a stove replacement.
On 7/7/25, two maintenance guys arrived with a used stove and switched out the old one. However, the stove was still not fixed. They obviously didn’t know the problem and I had to put in another maintenance request.
On 7/14/25, Enrique, another maintenance guy, found a loose wire in the breaker and fixed it. He made sure he tightened all the wires.
From 6/30/25 to 7/14/25, I had no working stove, and I regretted moving here. The experience was frustrating and not worth the rent money. Enrique’s work was appreciated, but he should have been the first person sent.

This whole process leasing here has been really smooth and great. Josh is the kindest and answered every single question I emailed him. Nothing was too dumb, he just simply responded. Everyone I met with inside the leasing office was nice and friendly (Taiah who sits in the front) and their manager as well. I know most of negative reviews are due to parking and not the actual property. I got a townhome to get around that situation but overall I would give them a 10/10 just how they have handled themselves and it was so easy. Keys and paperwork were ready and waiting on me. I also would like to add I move around a lot and this is the first place where it looks like they cared if it was CLEAN before the next resident came.

My experience here started off pleasant. After moving in there were several issues with maintenance not completing things. Upon moving in my dryer was not working. The dryer was switched out without removing the clothes out of them so I had to go to a different apartment to find the dryer and get my clothes out. There were issues with pest control not following up.
The worst part of the experience are the charges after moving out. I was charged for carpet replacement. My apartment was brand new when I moved in. I stayed in the apartment for 15 months with no pets and one occupant but was charged $1300 for carpet replacement. This is a ridiculous money grab. Please be sure to check your agreement before signing because throughout my stay there were additional charges for trash and water due to all the units not being occupied.
