I did a tour on June 12th, and I wasn't asked if I had an apartment locator. I was thinking I was just doing a tour. I had already seen the apartments last year, but I wanted my children to see the apartments. I was pressured to put in an application right after the tour. I applied the same day. The application didn't have anywhere for me to put UMoveFree and my apartment locator Kiliese down so I can get a free move. The manager wouldn't honor it after doing the tour. They stated I should have gotten a guest card from them when I thought I was just doing a tour. So there was a lack of communication and they want even honor it so I can get my free move. I even emailed the person I did a tour with which is Aleyam, CC Kiliese, Mezzo and still no response. My apartment locator was out during that time that I wanted to hurry up and do a tour so I could put in a 60 day notice with the apartments I'm staying at now. So I couldn't get a guest card even if I wanted one. It should be on the application just like it was a space on my application to put her down last year when I moved in the apartments I'm in now. It was a smoove process because I was able to put UMovefree down, and now I'm remembering why I didn't move here last year. This is Harbor Group Management and Mezzo way of not paying apartment locators. Their customer service and satisfaction is lacking and they need some additional training from the management on down. The apartments are beautiful and I did enjoy the tour. They would rather not pay apartment locators their money and lose out on potential long term tenants. I might have to go above just speaking to the manager. Them not having no understanding knowing it was a lack of communication is the reason I can't give it 5 stars. Other than the complex was clean and beautiful. The gym and yoga studio was our favorite. We love the equipment, and that Mezzo even has a stair stepper, and the complex we're at now doesn't have a stair stepper. The gym is just beautiful. We love all the art, furniture in the lobby, game area, coffee bar, the work from home space, and the pool. I wish the pool went up to a least 5 feet, but it's still nice.
