The office staff is wonderful. Kennitta has been very helpful from the time I came to get a tour and all the way up til I finally moved in to stay. She’s very patient, nice, will have answers to any and all questions. I love it here because of her and rest of the staff. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for somewhere to live in Mansfield.

Most of the positive reviews are before people moved out. Once you move out they will scam you with made up repairs like $1,000 bath tubs. They won’t even call you to tell you. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE - Wish I would have had this warning. Horrible company.

After living there for 3 years worse experience ever. First apartment no working AC for 2 whole years. Called so many times about it that lost count never got fixed. Moved to another building when lease was up hoping I would have a different experience but worse. Was told if I moved out of old apartment a few days earlier I would get a check for the days I didn’t stay there but nope they still charged me and threw false charges say I had a bunch of broke things in the apartment. Lease was up this month in the next apartment and they charged me again for a microwave replacement(that microwave was practically new) and claiming I destroyed the tiles in bathroom which was also a lie. They charged me $1500 for nothing and really should be ashamed the way they scam people. Never would I ever recommend anyone move here not even my worse enemy.

Wanted to share some things that people probably don’t realize or may not be clear on.
When you “don’t have a utility payment your first month”; you will back pay it when you leave and at today’s rates regardless of possible lower rates when moving in.
When you clean your apartment upon moving; you will still get charged for carpet cleaning (one bedroom carpeted) - $122, resurfacing (of what?) - $292, basic cleaning (again - of what if you’ve already cleaned?) - $108.
So, instead of getting your security deposit back after living there 3.5 years, paying rent on time every month, giving the requested notice that your’re moving, and cleaning before you leave ~ you forfeit it and pay an additional $391 (or possibly more) with a threat to send it to collections stated in the initial notice. Wow, what a gut punch!
Pool stated as an amenity along with pictures on their site… was never open in those 3.5 years until one month prior to moving, when there was a “partial” opening at the end of summer. It was always “needing repair”.
A/C system in unit had a Freon leak that was never repaired. Would just “refill” it. This went on for almost two years without resolution.
What a shame to treat people like that. Wanting new tenants but not taking care of current ones. Again… what a shame.
