We just renewed our lease since we believe this is the best location in Dallas: the building is walking distance to Whole Foods, pharmacies and many good restaurants/bars. West village is a short 2-min walk where you’ll find anything you need. You also have an easy access to the Katy Trail which leads you to either Knox or the American Airline Center.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new place to call home in Dallas!

I’ve been living here for about three months, and it’s been an outstanding experience. The pool is always sparkling clean and beautifully maintained—truly a highlight. The rooftop bar is another gem, open Thursday through Sunday, with stunning views you won’t find anywhere else in Dallas. What’s even better is the staff—Max, Andrea, and Allison—who are incredible. We frequent the rooftop most weekends, whether we’re hanging out with friends or just relaxing on our own, and it’s always a great time. The drink prices are surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the incredible views.
The units themselves are gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. While there were a few minor issues when I moved in, the team was incredibly responsive. Javier from maintenance was a standout, quickly resolving everything—often within just a few hours of placing a request. Olivia and Tanner in the office were also fantastic during my move-in, ensuring I had everything I needed.
The concierge team, especially Sean and Izaiah, truly go above and beyond. They’re attentive, always making sure we’re well taken care of and helping with anything from deliveries to guest access. I feel completely secure, both in my unit and in the parking garage, which is an added bonus.
The location is perfect—quiet enough for relaxation, but still close to a lively scene with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Plus, being right on the M-Line trolley makes trips into downtown to places like Klyde Warren Park and the Dallas Museum of Art super convenient. Even with being in such a prime location, the soundproofing in the units is fantastic—I rarely hear any outdoor noise or neighbors.
I also really appreciate how well the staff enforces community rules, keeping the property safe, clean, and beautiful. Communication is a 10/10—whether it’s event updates or notices about things like fire alarm testing or elevator repairs, we’re always kept in the loop. Some other reviews exaggerated the issue with the elevators. Yes, there was a brief period when one was down, but the staff handled it well, kept us informed, and the wait times weren’t too bad with a little patience.
Overall, I couldn’t recommend living here more. If you have the opportunity to move in, take it—you won’t be disappointed!

Could not move out soon enough. There is a reason that this is one of the cheapest high rises in Dallas.
If you are looking for an apartment building where drugs and alcohol abuse run rampant, this is your building. In my 2.5 years living here, I observed plenty of instances of open drug use in common areas and had almost daily interactions with beyond intoxicated individuals. While there is an official limit to the number of guests allowed per resident, these limits are not enforced in practice. The best way to put it is that this is the perfect place for you if you never grew out of your fraternity or sorority phase. During the spring and summer, the pool is an overcrowded, disgusting environment where guests and residents who are clearly grossly intoxicated are overserved by the on-site, for-profit bar. These concerns were all brought up to management (Olivia) and the response given was the minimal corporate denial, with no further action taken. Her attitude was consistently dismissive and unhelpful, which is not what one would expect from a Community Manager.
Utilizing the elevator is a constant issue on the weekends as the bartenders are constantly using them to shuttle between the second floor pool and the 20th floor bar. The elevator issue is compounded by the fact that at least one of the two tower elevators is often down for maintenance. During my two years living here, I cannot remember a period of time longer than a few weeks where both elevators were working at the same time. Expect long waits and crowded elevators.
The gym is old and outdated, with plenty of broken or missing equipment. I would consider the machine and free weight offerings to be minimal, barely meeting the level of a 3-star hotel gym. The fitness "classes" that are advertised are about as laughable as can be. They are not professionally done, and the instructors are amateurs at best. They do they add any value to living here.
The only two good things about this building are the concierge and the maintenance staffs. Their professionalism does not make up for the countless other issues that this property has.
