I’ve had such a great experience living here so far! The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The amenities are fantastic—especially the pool and the fitness center, which I use almost every day.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the leasing office staff. Emma and Stephanie have both been amazing. Emma helped me through the entire move-in process and made it completely stress-free. She was patient with all my questions and super responsive by email and phone. Stephanie has also been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve needed anything—from putting in maintenance requests to explaining lease details. They both genuinely care about residents and go above and beyond.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Haven’t moved in yet, but need to say how amazing and friendly the leasing agent, Emma has been.
She has been so helpful. I’ve not rented an apartment or anything in over 35 years. I was completely lost. She held my hand (not literally) thought out the entire process. Made me feel at ease and truly made me feel like I belonged in that community. It felt like home to me because of her.
The apartment is very spacious and the patio is great. Can’t wait to get there.

I have been here for over a year now and I absolutely LOVE these apartments. These are beautiful, clean, spacious and quiet apartments. The kitchens are bigger and nicer than many houses. Garden tubs in both bathrooms, which are amazingly large!
The grounds are well maintained including the pool and barbecues that are nested into a beautiful, large granite (or similar) counter area so you have plenty of room to prepare your foods.
The staff is also extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Kennedy is my favorite. ; )

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this apartment complex. From the beginning, the leasing agent made me feel comfortable and excited about moving in—but unfortunately, that didn’t last. I was told my move-in date would be pushed back to allow time for brand-new carpet installation, painting, and a professional cleaning. None of that turned out to be true.
When I finally viewed the apartment—after being rescheduled from Saturday to Monday—I was shocked. The carpets were clearly not new, the walls had noticeable scuff marks, and no cleaner had been there, despite being told I had to wait for one. The apartment looked as if the previous tenants had just left, and nothing had been touched.
The leasing agent apologized and said she’d speak with her manager and call me back. Over an hour and a half later, I finally got a call—but instead of a resolution, I was told I had 48 hours to show proof of renters insurance and utilities in my name. No compensation or meaningful apology was offered for all the last-minute changes and clear misrepresentation.
On top of all that, I was being asked to pay an unusually high deposit for an apartment that was nowhere near move-in ready. It felt like they were trying to recoup the cost of offering eight weeks free rent by shifting those costs elsewhere. When I spoke to the manager, she was dismissive, rude, and constantly talked over me. She even asked me what she should do to make things right—something I feel no customer should have to answer. It’s their job to provide a resolution.
I’ve moved before, and I understand the process. But this experience was incredibly stressful, misleading, and unprofessional. I chose not to move forward with my application because I no longer felt comfortable or confident in how this community is managed. Renters deserve honesty, respect, and a clean, ready home—not excuses and attitude.
