The lake is disgusting, smells, and the dam is constantly breaking because they refuse to fix it correctly.
There's trash all over the place, some of it will stay in the exact same spot for weeks on end.
They used to not require visitors to pay for parking, but now when guests register they have to pay $12 every time they park in the lot.
The hot water boiler breaks at least every other week.
They don't allow ANYTHING besides plants and patio furniture on your own patio, and they make you pay $75 dollars a day if it's not to their liking.
Multiple neighbors of mine have bug issues.
The pools were closed for over a year, they finally opened, then the big storm hit and they're closed again likely for months. I know the pool becoming dirty from the storm isn't their fault, but I'm certain they won't fix it by the end of this summer.
I've only lived here 8 months and I will not be renewing my lease.

If you are looking at living here, please read this review. Where do I start.. I started my lease in August and will most definitely not re-sign. I’m not typically one to leave bad reviews or reviews at all, but I wish I would have considered the reviews before signing my lease. The walls are VERY thin. I am on the first floor and I can hear everything from the outside. Every conversation, car starting, music from cars, etc. I can also hear my upstairs neighbors every step, sink turning on/ off, shower turning on/ off, conversation, etc. There are bugs CONSTANTLY. I am a very clean person and take such good care of my space and still find bugs constantly. The maintenance workers are so kind, but you can expect a long wait to get work done. I am still waiting for a blind to be fixed and I put a request in two weeks ago. I’m assuming that’s because there is so much wrong with this place that the work load never ends for them which I can understand. The gate breaks often and takes weeks to be fixed. I pay a little over $1,200 a month in rent alone for a one bed room but I also pay for safety and can expect the gate to break. Don’t even get me started on the hot water constantly going out. We have lost hot water for 24 hours or longer three times since December 27th. We are currently dealing with this issue. The management here is educated and kind but the standard for employment seems extremely low. Besides the manager (Erika) and the assistant manager (Lacey) no one in the leasing office has a clue what’s going on. These are all of the honest things that have happened in the six months of living here. If it didnt cost me to break my lease, I would have done it months ago. They also bribe you with a $30 credit to leave a good review for any good review on here is likely a result of that.
