If I could give -10 stars I would. Lived here for one year & out of all the apartments I’ve ever lived in this is by far the worst one. Everyone in the office is absolutely incompetent. My ac unit broke July of 2024 & when the maintenance man finally came all he did was change the air filter & said nothing seemed to be wrong meanwhile my apartment was 85 degrees inside. He didn’t come back until 2 weeks later and only because I went to the office to complain in person. Only to replace my unit with a unit from a different apartment that was just as bad as the first one while claiming it was a brand new ac unit. So we spent the entire summer with barely any ac and an electric bill that was over 300$ even after it was fixed the ventilation is terrible. Every other week the fire department is there bc everyone alarms go off constantly for no reason. I was woken out my sleep multiple times from my fire alarm alone, not even including everyone else’s I could hear through the paper thin walls. Two days before thanksgiving my fridge went out & we had to wait a week to get it replaced the maintenance men also scraped the walls bringing in the new fridge which they’d later charge me for when I moved out. I wasn’t offered reimbursement for my thanksgiving groceries nor for the over 300$ ac bills I’d recieved during and after the ac incident. They send out 20 emails a day from multiple different email addresses half of which you can’t even reply to. When it was time to renew they sent out a renewal email to pick a plan & if not to contact the office- this email was also sent from a non replyable address which I believe is done on purpose as they look to hold you accountable for all their mistakes. I sent my 60 days notice and realized about a month later that I haven’t heard anything back I go to my portal & it says I’m 80% done signing the new lease which is weird bc I’ve already emailed I would not be renewing as I knew the moment they failed to fix my ac unit the first time I called. I had to speak to property manager & then regional manager just to get out of the lease I already had as they wanted to not honor the email id sent 60 days prior. Upon moving out they charged me exactly 500$ which was my full deposit in claims of carpet damage (the pictures they provided of said damage was imprints on the carpet from where furniture sat) they also tried to claim there were scratches on the wall as which is regular wear & tear and tried to charge me for repainting and carpet replacement all while repainting is their responsibility and the carpet had no damage. Was my furniture not supposed to leave imprints when they’ve sat in the same place for a year? Personally I wouldn’t ever again rent anything under the Tipton group as they are money hungry & simply do not care about their tentants.

An absolute disappointment in management. They send out to all residents, "the pool is open" but they have a "policy" 2 people per unit? That's ridiculous! Never had that issue any other complex I've lived at. On top of that manager did not care to listen to me when I called and asked why my wife was kicked out of the pool with my son and his little cousins. Mind you these kids are under 10 years old. I walked my dog this evening and saw a group of girls at the pool. I didn't see management lady out there kicking them out.

Thank God for these apartments I have been leaving here for almost 10 years and it’s still hard to find a better place to live. I want to thank Brandon and all the office staff for their hard work. I left the apartment the same way I found it when I moved in two years ago I cleaned I vacuumed. I wiped down and also have a video after I moved out. John lied and said the counter top and oven was dirty. I travel 100% for business so I was never there. That place was spotless when I left. I had no pets and they charged me all these cleaning fees. John is a racist liar.
