We are going on our 2nd year at La Villita and will be renewing for a 3rd because we just love it. Management is always friendly, welcoming and quick to respond, maintenance is easy to schedule with and they are typically in and out of my home fairly quickly whenever I need them but I hardly ever have any maintenance issues. The property is always very clean and there are so many clean walking trails nearby. It’s a beautiful property with great prices and amenities. I always recommend this place to anyone apartment searching!

This review reflects my move in experience.
Just finalized our move in to this community. The entire process was simple and straightforward. Helping us move in was Crystal, the office Leasing and Marketing Professional. She gave us a tour of a couple of apartments, as well as the property. Each apartment was clean and the property was well maintained. Crystal answered any questions we had and was genuinely easy to talk with throughout the process. Everyone else in the office seemed just as kind and caring too. I couldn’t have asked for any better support during the entire process.
My partner and I look forward to living here and being apart of the community. As stated above this review just reflects my move in experience.

I recently visited La Villita Apartments for a tour after being recommended by the property manager at Via Las Colinas. The difference in atmosphere was shocking. Whereas my previous tour was welcoming and informative, my experience at La Villita was the complete opposite.
The leasing agent, Emery, was completely standoffish, unhelpful, and made us feel unwelcome. It was as if we were inconveniencing her by simply being there. Not only did she fail to provide any details about amenities or pricing, but her demeanor was so dismissive that it felt borderline discriminatory. It’s truly disappointing that two properties managed by the same company, Willow Bridge, could have such vastly different levels of service.
If this is the type of treatment prospective tenants receive, I can only imagine what current residents experience. I sincerely hope management takes a serious look at how their leasing team represents this community because first impressions matter—and ours was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend wasting your time here when there are far better options just down the road.
