I don’t usually leave reviews, but Tiffany at Jefferson Railhead absolutely deserves the recognition! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk me through everything, answer every question with patience, and made me feel seen—not just as a potential resident, but as a person.
Even though I ended up not leasing due to circumstances completely outside of her control, I still left feeling so grateful for the experience. If more leasing agents brought the care, professionalism, and warmth that Tiffany does, apartment hunting would be a joy.
Tiffany, thank you for being a light in what can often be a stressful process. You made a lasting impression, and I truly hope Jefferson Railhead knows how blessed they are to have you!

I had high hopes when moving into this apartment complex, but my experience has been far from what I expected. From the beginning, I encountered several significant issues that have made living here extremely frustrating.
First, I was not informed that the patio door doesn’t have a smart lock, which means I can't lock it when I leave and can't use it as my main entry point. Additionally, I was told nothing about the “storefront” view, which includes bedroom windows that do not open at all. This has been incredibly inconvenient and uncomfortable. I was also misled about the sun exposure in the apartment; I was told the sun wouldn't be a big issue, but it turns out the apartment is exposed to direct sunlight all day. The windows act like magnifying glasses, making it unbearably hot and humid, even in cold weather. Despite the outside temperature being 20 degrees, the apartment stayed at 74°F with high humidity.
There are numerous cosmetic issues as well, such as misaligned and poorly centered drawer handles, and the walls are impossible to mount things on. I’ve mounted TVs in five other complexes with no problems, but here, I couldn’t find a stud anywhere, despite being told there were studs in the walls. As a result, my $700 TV fell off the wall and broke.
One of the most frustrating experiences was dealing with Tiffany, who was dismissive and condescending when I reached out for help. When the lock on my patio door broke, I called the emergency maintenance line. Tiffany responded with an email that implied I didn’t know how to use the lock, despite me sending a photo of the broken lock. She continued to talk down to me, insisting that I check if the door was locked when it clearly wasn’t. I later found out that many other residents with storefront apartments were dealing with the same issue and were treated the same way by Tiffany.
I’ve also reached out to the office about several issues and have been told there's nothing they can do, essentially leaving me to deal with high electric bills and overpaying for an apartment. I discovered that the same apartment model without the storefront windows was $200 cheaper, which wasn’t disclosed to me. The property is also poorly maintained, with ant piles all around and dead lawns due to a lack of care.
The deceit and lack of accountability from the staff, particularly Tiffany, have made my experience here incredibly disappointing. I would highly caution any potential renters to look elsewhere. This apartment complex is not worth the price, especially given the poor customer service and subpar amenities.

From the very start, Tiffany demonstrated a level of professionalism and proactivity that I’ve never experienced before in my numerous apartment hunts. We are moving from out of state, and Tiffany makes this entire process effortless by answering all my questions, providing valuable insights, and following up consistently.

I seriously love living here! The place is super nice, and the amenities are a huge plus. Yvonne and Lynna have been amazing! so patient, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their manager is awesome too, you can tell the whole team really cares. Moving in and getting settled was way less stressful thanks to them. Also, I’ve seen some negative reviews, but honestly, I think a lot of that is personal to each person and doesn’t reflect everyone’s experience. Mine has been great so far. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that actually feels like home!

I really love living here! It’s very clean and the staff is very attentive! I get emails back almost immediately whenever I have questions! Everyone is super nice and it’s very family like living here. The only thing that bothers me is the key fob. I have to swipe it like 5 times just to get into my building from the garage because it doesn’t work right away. There are minor cosmetic issues and a little bit of sloppy painting and finishing, but nothing you can’t easily fix or cover up. 2 months free was well worth it to me when I signed my lease. I also love how quiet it is. I do wish my balcony was a smidge bigger but my view looks out to DNT and the FC Dallas stadium and I love it. I love having a washer and dryer come with the unit so I don’t have to rent one. Nowhere you live is going to be perfect but I think there are mostly positive things from living here ! ☺️
