I have lived here for almost five months. And I honestly with I didn’t. If you’re looking for a place with security don’t go here. If you’re look for a place that’s clean, turn around. If your looking a place with a washer a dryer, they have one but doesn’t work ever. If don’t want a place that is roach infested, then run away. There is trash always. Not in the street, look at the trenches fill with just trash everywhere. There’s a hole in the fence in front of my door for a while and there was homeless always walking through and doing drugs. Or they are chilling at the trash bin outside late at night. The gate they have is for show. It’s always open. Might as well take it down. Thank god they don’t charge me a fee for that. Before I moved here, I asked if there was a washer and dryer in every apartment and the leasing agent said yes. When my washer and dryer Broke for the second time it took forever for them to fix it. And when I finally said something to management, they said it’s not in my lease and they could just take it away and I could rent a washer and dryer because it’s not a part of my lease. Nobody told me that. Another complication that I have is about the gym. I went there twice I won’t go back again. The equipment is terrible and they’re always broken and when I’m running a neighbor man across the side walk was watching me the entire time it made me very uncomfortable. I have roaches that come in from my walls, my floor, From my sink and bathroom. My second week living here pest control had came sprayed and said that they need to basically gas my apartment because it was so bad. I have never seen them after that and that was in January. I have told management about this many times. Their response usually is they’re waiting for them to come, but they don’t know when Or just straight ignoring me. These are my biggest complaints. If you’re fine with all these things move here because you’re definitely getting the moneys worth that you paid for this apartment. Thank God for my job because I travel a lot so I try to avoid Home as as much as I can. But what’s the point Of renting an apartment if you don’t ever want be home. I chose this place because it was recommended by a friend and location and has a Washer and dryer, which doesn’t work ever. If I could, I wish I could break the lease, but I have no choice.
