I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your property. While I am pleased with the home itself, the leasing and management process has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
When I signed my lease in October, I did so based on the advertised 6-week free rent special listed on your website. I was approved and signed my lease shortly thereafter. After moving in and getting settled, I received an unexpected email stating that I no longer qualified for the special — with no reason provided and no proper follow-up from the property manager, Angela.
I attempted to return her call several times with no success. Instead, I was sent an updated lease reflecting only a $1,500 credit for the following month. I did not sign this new lease, nor did I authorize any changes to my renter’s insurance. However, I later received confirmation emails showing that my lease had been marked as signed and that a new insurance policy had been activated without my consent.
These actions raise serious concerns about misrepresentation and unauthorized alterations to my lease documents. I request an immediate review of this matter and a written explanation as to:
1. Why the 6-week free rent promotion was withdrawn after my lease was signed;
2. Why I was not contacted directly by the property manager despite multiple attempts; and
3. How my lease and insurance policy were modified without my authorization.
I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution consistent with the original terms I agreed to.

Waited over 6 months to get the fence fixed. It has been down/damaged since the day i moved in. Part of it has been fixed within the last month. Maintenance requests are seriously delayed. Mostly unanswered. In addition to the fence, the kitchen cabinets have been coming off, doorknobs have been falling off, dishwasher doesnt dry, microwave light doesnt work, parts of the doors are coming loose, AC doesnt work in every room. You pay monthly fees but you are responsible for pest control( had an ant problem), lawn maintenance, AC filters and house maintenance since its hard to reach anyone. You have to buy your own out door trash can for trash pick up. No amenities in the community.
Communication has been horrible. After i moved in, everyone disappeared. It has been hell to reach anyone. (Lately someone has been emailing me.) I'm not sure if they actually have an office- no one ever answers the phone and office is always closed, even during the week. This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. All of this for a phenomenally high monthly price

There were on mailbox keys left on the counter for me and a damage report to complete. No other instructions. I have no idea how trash woks, mail works where the mailbox is. The leasing process was going pretty well until communication changed. I dont understand why am getting so many emails from different sources. No clear instructions provided on even how to pay the rent. There should have been some sort of welcome packet provided. I would like to hear back from someone who can assist.

Maintenance requests are extremely delayed, often going unaddressed. A section of my fence has been down since July 2024 and remains unrepaired. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone for assistance, and requested calls are never returned.
Update: The fence still has not been completely repaired over 1 year later since July 2024!
This property was originally managed by Progressive Rentals which was awesome. I would not recommend Cushman and Wakefield management to anyone.

Houses are new but poorly built. AC unit has went out 3 times in less than a year due to alleged wiring issues. Even for urgent maintenance request, it takes them multiple days to fix the issue.
