Living at this apartment complex has been consistently FRUSTRATING, FRUSTRATING.
The elevator is frequently out of service(8 months out of 10 months)—typically for most of the month, and it's not working again at present; they said NO ETA, seriously? In 2025, what kind of company can provide ETA? SO OBVIOUS EXCUSES. And the office staff doesn’t even treat it as a maintenance issue anymore as it breaks so often. They act like it’s normal. they denied the service request on the elevator. UNACCEPTABLE!
At one point, it was nonfunctional for five straight months, and it was once again out of order.
The office staff often seem frustrated or defensive when residents bring up concerns, even when the issues are clearly beyond their control. Unfortunately, rather than addressing problems constructively, there’s a tendency to deflect or dismiss legitimate concerns.
The apartment gate works maybe a few days a month — the rest of the time it’s broken or wide open. What’s the point of “gated access” if it never works? Total security fails, and management does nothing.
Basic functionality and safety are often overlooked. The security gate is broken more often than it works, which raises serious concerns about resident safety. There's also no clearly identified or responsive maintenance manager on-site, making it difficult to resolve ongoing issues.
Late-night noise from the pool area is another persistent problem. Parties and loud gatherings frequently take place as late as 10:30 p.m., disturbing residents’ peace and quiet.
Additional $35 monthly trash fee, pest control, and building protection is also excessive, especially since it does not include valet (door-to-door) pickup service and old buildings protection that tenants have to pay?!
Despite offering small perks like free snacks in the office, the core operations of the property remain poorly managed. Overall, living here has been a frustrating experience with very little accountability or improvement over time.

I wanted to share my experience applying for an apartment at this property. Initially, the staff seemed welcoming and eager to earn my business. I was given a tour, and everything seemed promising. However, when I submitted my application, things took an unexpected and distressing turn.
During the application process, it was discovered that I was a victim of identity theft. There was a record of a lease with an outstanding balance at a property I had never lived at. The documentation showed an old driver’s license I had lost and a Social Security number that wasn’t mine, yet someone was still able to lease an apartment using that information. I was forced to file a police report, which was an extremely traumatic experience, especially because I work in the mortgage industry where creditworthiness is critical to both my profession and my upcoming plans to purchase a home.
Despite providing documentation and clarification that I was a victim of identity theft, my application was denied. The leasing agent, Amaryllis, said she would escalate it for review, but I didn’t hear back for over a week. I only found out the result by chance when I checked my spam folder and saw a denial notice, no one followed up with me directly.
While I understand that properties must protect themselves, I believe apartment communities need much better training in how to handle identity theft cases. This is a growing issue in the U.S., and dismissing victims without any attempt at compassion, communication, or problem-solving is not acceptable. The complex where the fraud occurred refused to share information with me, even as a victim, and this property treated me more like a liability than someone who needed support.
What was especially disappointing is that none of my current housing history, like my on-time rent payments at a property just around the corner, was taken into account. I’ve never had a late payment, and this incident doesn’t even appear on my credit report.
Ironically, I was later approved at another property. That team understood how damaging identity theft can be, and after I provided proof of where I actually lived during the fraudulent lease period, they were willing to work with me. That is what empathy and proper training look like.
This review isn’t just about my application being denied, it’s about how I was treated during a deeply vulnerable moment. Based on my experience and reading other reviews, it seems this property is enthusiastic when prospecting new tenants but quick to disengage when problems arise. Residents and applicants deserve more than surface-level customer service. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to reevaluate their training and policies around fraud and customer care.

Hello, good evening. The truth is that I went a week ago to see the apartments since my husband and I were looking to move to a smaller, more comfortable place for him. We were kindly assisted by AMARILYS. I am very pleased with her excellent treatment. She gave us a tour of the condominium and her treatment was spectacular, very nice, friendly and explained everything to us, an attention that left us very satisfied. She offered us coffee, hot chocolate and water. Thank you Amarilys for being so kind and giving us that attention. We will visit you soon. A hug. Take care of yourself.

2 Year Update
Cons:
• Parking is tight. The spaces are small, and larger vehicles like trucks often take up two spots. Some residents don't park considerately, especially in the evenings.
• Dog waste is a problem. Not everyone picks up after their pets, which makes it hard to walk your dog at night. It’s more of a tenant issue, but it affects everyone.
• Package theft still happens. The mailroom has parcel lockers, but some are broken. When that happens, delivery drivers often leave packages on the floor, where anyone with the access code can just walk in and take them. I've had 7 packages stolen so far, even with these systems in place.
• Elevator issues. The elevator breaks down often and can take three to four months to get repaired. It’s a big inconvenience, especially for those on higher floors.
Pros:
• Staff is great. Maintenance and the leasing office are responsive and professional. They handle work orders quickly and are easy to work with.
• Clean hallways. The cleaning staff keeps the common areas in good shape. Everything looks well maintained.
• Improved lighting. They recently added more lights around the back and in the parking areas, which makes those spots feel safer and better lit at night.
• Overall: The complex is managed well and the staff puts in real effort. It's a nice place to live, but a few issues caused by tenants, like parking and pet mess, take away from the experience. The dog waste issue especially needs attention.

Ehhh I’ve been staying here 2 years and will not be renewing my lease again. The parking garages are stupidly made, they don’t even have a gate for them to close. Ive had my car broken into while it was in the garage. Make that make sense. The entry and exit gates are always broken which leaves residents at risk of anyone entering the complex. The entry and exit gates don’t have a key fob either, like who doesn’t have a key fob in 2025?
Additionally, the elevator in my building has been broken for over a month, oh and to top it off, the ceiling in my bedroom caved in from the rain and ruined my mattress. There’s a literal whole in my ceiling. The maintenance crew is 1/10. They neglected to fix the issue before it got to this point. Don’t move here!
