Overpriced and Poorly Maintained – Do Not Recommend UPDATE: Still the same as below, with additional issues: there is poor system infrastructure regarding the alarms. It began going off every 30 seconds, and I was unable to reach anyone by phone to address the issue. This occurred during business hours, which made it even more frustrating. I attempted to contact both the leasing and emergency maintenance, but I could not reach a real person - very frustrating, as you can imagine. Original Review: I’ve been living here for just one month, and the experience has been extremely disappointing—especially considering the rent price. The apartment was not cleaned prior to move-in (trash was left on the patio, and the laundry room had dust, trash, and spills—even inside the microwave had spills/food left in it), which was the first red flag. Management said they would send cleaners back, but they never followed through. Since then, the issues have only continued to pile up. Maintenance has been largely unresponsive or ineffective. Work orders are often marked “resolved” with quick patch jobs that don’t address the root of the problem. Even worse, some requests have been canceled without any notice or communication, leaving you in the dark and the problems unresolved. Some of the maintenance issues: The shower and bathroom areas are poorly maintained and have extremely low water pressure. When reported, I was told there’s “nothing they can do,” so I was left to buy my own shower head and extensions to try to improve it. The hot water takes about 3-5 minutes for the shower - which isn't a critical problem, just a waste of water when no other sink/tub in the apartment takes that long for water heating, even after turning up the hot water heater. Due to poor upkeep, the grout and tile are discolored, cracked, and stained. After work orders, they agreed to resurface the grout—but only did about 10% of the shower—leaving the rest still black, broken, and untouched.The kitchen outlets can’t handle basic appliances like an air fryer without repeatedly tripping the breaker—another issue that a maintenance request failed to resolve. We have to cook in the dark with everything turned off if I want to use my air fryer. I've lived in 3+ apartments in my life and have never had these problems before with water, showers, or my appliances with outlets. The floors are also warped and uneven to the point that it’s noticeable when walking, likely due to past water damage that was never disclosed to us. Management had mentioned a leadership change in September, which might explain the disorganization, but frankly, the lack of quality control seems systemic. Between the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unclean living conditions, this complex is simply not worth the cost. Unless major improvements are made, I will absolutely not be renewing my lease. At this price point, you should expect quality, accountability, and a safe living environment—not a DIY patch-job nightmare.
