Pay Attention People! I stayed over here for 5 years. The first year was great brand new property management was good. Maintenance was good after that every year they change management Companies and it Kept getting worse the property is already small they start selling none covered parking spaces homeless people all around my car got hit. I asked to see the cameras. They lied to me at least three or four different times about the cameras not working . Tow trucks come through every night about 10 o’clock recent maintenance man never fixing anything maintenance tried to come into your apartment without authorization this really happened and I went off on him and he went to the office and lied on me knowing he tried to come into my apartment without authorization It’s supposed to be a non-smoking property. You can walk through the hallways and smell weed. I even caught a homeless person sleeping in the back of my truck one day on site police officers getting major discounts on a rent and don’t do nothing paying $2000 a month and you have to flight for parking this is not the place to be!

I have never had any issues, for example with 0 bugs/pests, and no ticket the maintenance team couldn’t quickly resolve.
I just renewed my lease, and bought a parking spot - which Jacquelyn was lovely to accommodate me with! strongly recommend choosing this place over the other options in the area.

This is a great place to live, I moved here in December and so far there have been no issues, we had internet out for a week but that wasn’t the property’s fault so nothing against this amazing staff and management team on that one. Vanessa the property manager listens and makes sure even the smallest of issues are addressed immediately. Very clean and well kept! Glad I found this place and made it my home. You can’t go wrong with this property! 10/10 would recommend 😊

Welcome to Frankford Station, where the pests don’t pay rent, but they sure do run the place! Roaches, ants, and their extended families are living their best lives here—meanwhile, I’m over here paying full price for an apartment I have to share with unwanted roommates.
Don’t get me started on the property manager, Vanessa, she’s the cherry on top of this nightmare sundae. Ever tried to get help from a brick wall? That’s basically what it’s like dealing with her—except the brick wall might actually return your call.
Parking here is like playing the world’s worst game of musical chairs—except there are 100 cars and maybe 30 spots. If you come home after 6 PM, just go ahead and start an Uber fund because your car is NOT staying here. Unless you park in front that donut shop. I’ve seen people circling the lot like vultures, just waiting for someone to give up and leave. It’s survival of the fittest out here.
Hate to see such a beautiful place ran by terrible management.
Would not recommend unless you enjoy suffering.

Incredibly bad management. They overcharged me for the pet rent (I have an ESA and was charged pet rent since I moved in somehow), there are constant contradictions between management and the Leasing Property Manager. Today, Vanessa the property manager double charged me for the PooPrints registration, and rather than admit her mistake, retrace steps, talk to the employee that assisted me, etc, they told me to prove that I had already paid or they would be keeping my money. I was then ridiculed by another worker who told me “There’s no need to get upset over just $50.” These people are not trustworthy and do not have their crap together - Which is wild because I pay my rent almost 2-3 weeks early, every time. There are 4 other, new, modern apartments who offer the same leasing specials or better, also have Smart Apartments, have MUCH more parking space, and is a gated community. I would save yourself the headache and choose somewhere else. I would also highly, highly recommend looking at the other one-star reviews to get a more accurate view of how management treats their tenants (they absolutely use events and the like to reel in positive reviews), as well as issues with the homeless and parking. The parking situation is still atrocious. Just last month we received an email about staying vigilant/aware of homeless people, so they definitely know this has been, and continues to be, an issue. Trash absolutely is not picked up on time, constantly, but they’ll fine you for leaving it out. Oh, and they texted me while I was in the hospital to ask me to quiet my dog (he wasn’t in my unit at all) and told me I was causing a disturbance. I had to call them from my hospital room to let them know I was nowhere near the complex and neither was my dog… But there are 4 other dogs on my hallway alone. Run not walk to any of the 3-4 other brand new complexes right down the road.
EDIT: 2 Things: 1, Per the staff they for whatever reason reversed the PooPrints charge and never told me, causing the owe of $50. 2: They are also incredibly disorganized when it comes to ledgers on the portal. They sent me a notice to vacate due to nonpayment (I paid my rent in full) and were unable to articulate why this charge wasn’t previously on my account, what the amount was there for, and what the phone number was for the corporate office so I could call for more information (I had to find the number myself and schedule a meeting). Red flags everywhere.
