If we could give this a lower review, we would.... Fist off, I just want to say DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! We lived here for 7 months and the management changed 3 times. You have no idea who is in charge. The apartments are okay... Nothing special. Our biggest problem was the maintenance team had lost our keys (the only copy the apartment had to get in to fix things). Our hot water had not been working in the evening for 3 straight weeks. We had been calling them and calling them until we had to call the city of Lewisville to complain. However, during this process, I had to meet the maintenance team so they could make a copy of my key. We didn't think anything of it until I came back home and over $8000 worth of things were stollen - a $1300 camera, our go pros, an i mac laptop was taken, some camera lighting, and a $4000 bike. We filed a police report and they said they will try and find who did it. We had the maintenance team in the front office and the office manager at the time looked so stupid. They kept telling me there was nothing they could do... However, it is really suspicious that they loose the key, they suck at their job and can't fix the hot water, we file a complaint with the city, and they right when they are entering the apartment we have all the things come up missing. There are nothing but undocumented workers living here - this is also crazy. You could pull into the complex any time of the evening/night and you would see 20+ latinos just walking around- its pretty ghetto. Warning - you wont see this during the daytime so I would recommend driving by at night so you can. They play their music in the cars loud enough to shake your windows. We had to call what they call their make shift patrol guy - no i will not call him an officers, because he isn't. He acts like doing his job is the end of the world. If I were calling him to ask someone to stop blaring their music in their car at 10 pm, why would he ask me if i could ask them to stop? It's your job, dude. No, I can't. Lastly, when we moved out, we were to receive our deposit back within the legally mandated 30 days. We kept in communication with the front staff, gave them our forwarding address, and were assured that it would absolutely come within the 30 days - it did not arrive by then so I called the office - they hadn't even printed nor mailed the check from their corporate office in New York. Needless to say, we did not get it back within the mandated time frame. Bottom line, they just suck. They are misleading, and by default, liars. Better look elsewhere.
