I had to create a fake account just to post this because management has a reputation for retaliating against tenants who speak out. That alone should tell you something.
I’ve lived here for a while, and I can confidently say this place has serious problems — the worst being the roach infestation. I’ve seen them in the halls, in the laundry room, and inside my own unit. It’s not just a one-time issue — this is an ongoing problem they keep downplaying instead of actually fixing.
Even worse is how they bury real criticism under a flood of suspicious five-star reviews. Every time a negative or honest review goes up, there’s suddenly a handful of glowing ones from accounts with no other reviews. It’s hard to believe that many people are thrilled about a place with roaches, poor maintenance, and slow or dismissive management.
If you’re considering moving here, read the older and lower-star reviews — those are the ones that reflect what living here is actually like. The positive ones? A lot of them read like damage control.

Anyone would enjoy living here. The agent Johnsee was very helpful with explaining all details and helped my move in process smooth. Along with my move in packet she gave me snacks on the move in lol! Reflects the good quality of the property. They were also understanding when I changed my move in date. This place is a disaster. We’ve had no hot water for THREE days and this isn’t the first time. Hot water outages are a constant problem here. On top of that, there’s a roach infestation affecting multiple units I personally have spoken to multiple neighbors that are having the same issue, and pest control visits haven’t fixed it. Recently, management switched from CAF Management to Live BH and changed the rent payment portal without notifying residents. We were just left to figure it out. The communication is terrible, maintenance is unreliable, and it feels like no one running this property actually cares about the residents. I regret ever signing a lease here—save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else.
