Pros:
-close to train/bus station if you don’t have transportation.
-affordable rent.
-close to freeway and good restaurants.
-fast maintenance
Cons:
-I will start with my biggest issue…ROACHES. From the first week I moved in I was requesting for maintenance to come and spray. I had saw roaches within first week moving in knowing I never came with them. They persisted throughout my entire stay there and maintenance rarely helped so I bought roach bombs and used them bi weekly to keep them at bay. Upon moving out I left almost a full month before my lease was over and whe I returned to clean the apartment before the leasing office did a walk through. The second in opened the bathroom door I noticed a crowd of roaches top of the door running at the sight of light……i wouldn’t be surprised if the next tenant was struggling with this as well. I had not been there for almost a month and the apartment was empty…..Disgusting and traumatic.
-Above my unit a family of four lived there. They were so rude always bumping and blocking my car in. They also would throw their trash over their balcony leaving trash in my front door. Annoying.
-Potholes are insane! Drive carefully or you may pop a tire.
-Gym is right in front of leasing door with a two steps worth or room.
-I was under the impression I would have a unit with washer and dyer but when I moved in that was not the case. My unit had no patio, nor a washer and dryer, they have one on the property but you have to pay to use it. Always full and don’t properly clean.
-Bathroom ceilings are tile! My upstairs neighbors had a leak that eventually ruined my ceiling. It was resolved but they had to change the tile again months later due to hole from water dripping all the way through the first time and tile showing wet stains months later almost causing a repeat.
-Lastly they paint…..everything! If you you expect wood or real tile that is not the case. The tub is even painted so beware that it will crack after so many showers and a bath mat. Hint, don’t use a bath mat in tub. Very interesting.
I’m sharing my review because I moved via finding this space online thinking this was a good find for me. Due to all the cons I never bought furniture with fear roaches would start partying on my stuff! The the lack of confidence in my space, ptsd from bugs, and rude neighbors, I wouldn’t wish that on someone else if you could afford a better space. I never grew up in a home where roaches ran rampant. I never had to have a schedule of doing roach bombs to control them but that was my life for a year. Do your research and visit the property for sure. Maintenance was good however their boots leave foot prints on vinyl flooring. This apartment was what I needed and could afford at the time but the experience was not great and would not repeat. Management is 8/10 property….not my fav.

I had the pleasure of working with Magnolia in my search for a home. From the moment I called her and let her know all my needs and concerns, not once did she act anything short of professional. She truly cares about her residents and takes her responsibilities with great passion. She was very communicative throughout the entire process and made sure to help guide me through the application process. Austen was also very responsive anytime I had a question, no matter how small. This was a breath of fresh air compared to many properties I have resided in previously. Thank you Magnolia for all you do! For anyone with doubts please don’t hesitate to call this place home.

My family and I moved into this complex a few weeks ago - here is my honest and detailed review!
First I want to say I'm giving five stars because I think for the location and price they live up to everything that one would reasonably expect. If you are looking for a good place for a family that is spacious and decently priced, you should definitely consider moving here!
Management: The staff all seem very nice and genuine. Brex is who we have interacted with the most - he gave us our tour and he is a huge reason why we felt comfortable signing. He's very kind, helpful, patient, and explains everything well! For me, having honest management was the number one thing I was looking for while trying to find an apartment.
Application: The deposit and fees are very reasonable. However, my husband and I have good credit and no bad rental history, so everything went smoothly for us, which means my experience is limited. The fees are higher if that's not the case for your situation.
Apartments: We got one of their 2 bed 1.5 bath apartments. I LOVE the layout. They are very spacious for the price, so I think it's a great deal. However they are older, the paint job isn't the best and it peels easily. Especially bad on the cabinets. (You can pay more for a fancier trim and better cabinets/appliances if it's worth it to you.) There's also a lot of cracking in different areas such as the baseboards or around outlets. None of this is an issue for me, I think if you are looking for something new and fancy you would have to be looking at a totally different price range.
There's also just wear that comes with it being an older apt such as sagging closet rods, wobbly counter on the bar, drawers that stick a little, etc. Nothing that's a huge issue. The air conditioning is also very noisy.
Just be sure to do an in depth walkthrough. My husband and I didn't have much time for it the day we signed the lease and we found multiple things later.
I do love the fact that there's no carpet except for the stairs and there's a lot of details I like such as the built in window benches.
When we moved in it was a little dirty/dusty in areas such as the windows and baseboards but nothing too bad! Sound proofing is okay - I definitely hear/feel it if the neighbors are running up the stairs or any type of thuds. You can only hear voices if they are yelling. Thankfully it's not too bad because our neighbors have kids and I have two noisy kids of my own!
Ours came with two parking spots which is amazing, we don't have to worry about walking. It looks like most include that. There's also a fenced patio. I think each unit comes with one, or a balcony.
Complex: It is an older complex but I like it so far. It seems some of the residents don't clean up after themselves the best, there is some littering from time to time and the grills are dirty, but it's mostly upkept well.
It seems fairly quiet and safe. You get the occasional person talking loudly outside and that's about it.
There's a lot of families here and everyone seems pretty friendly, so I like the community aspect of it!
Amenities: We moved after the pool was already closed for fall but it looks nice.
The fitness area has a couple treadmills, elliptical, cycling machine, and cable machine. It's convenient and I plan to continue using it regularly.
The laundry area could use some cleaning but it has a lot of machines available and is open 24/7 so I also find it very convenient.
The playground is also on the older side but my kids love it and it's a good size. There are picnic tables, grills, and a tennis court too.
Maintenance: We have only put in one maintenance request, it took about a week for them to come but it wasn't anything urgent so that was fine. The gentleman that came was friendly and fixed it quickly.
Last night one of their boilers went out so we didn't have hot water, it was fixed by this afternoon!
Pests: I haven't seen any bugs since moving in! Pest control comes weekly so you can let them know if you see anything.
