If you love corporations lying to you and taking your money and running this is the place for you . I've been living here about 3 years and seen over 7 management teams cycle through . All the landscaping and free dog biscuits in the world doesn't actually equate to Falconhead taking care of the basics . We have no choice in getting charged for trash pick up but they accumulativly don't pick up a whole week out of the month , so they tell us to take our trash to the compacter onsite - even though we're paying for trash pickup (photo included). FH operates on damage control and trying to get new residents rather than keeping the ones they have . First building (building 2) had a raccoon living above us in the ceiling . You have to physically go into the office and hound them to get things done . We try to do as much of our maintenance because their maintenance people are clueless and are swamped with plethora of problems. We spent about $13 to buy a replacement door knob and replaced it ourselves because we couldn't wait days for them to maybe come around and fix our porch door which wouldn't open due to them using cheap materials for everything that fall apart. We pay for them to cut the grass but I bought my Own trimmer and do our own yard because the "lawn care" here is a joke like everything else. As stated by another reviewer , they don't care about noise and don't police/enforce anything. They told us to call the cops on our neighbors for keeping us up at night. Useless , useless , useless . But hey , they have a dog washing station, so that makes it "luxury living " here as they like to tell us . I had an extremely tough winter living here , as the noises kept me up and my health deteriorated so badly that I lost my voice for 9 days and lost 15 pounds I didn't have to lose . We begged with the management , specifically the CEO Mr. Carol (also sent him a certified letter with 3 doctor recommendations advising I live elsewhere due to my health tanking from the noise, but he never responded), who said he would let us out of the lease due to my medical emergency. He was just appeasing us so we'd leave him alone. He don't do jack. Not only that but they increased the fee by double or triple for break ing the lease , no doubt to slow down the amount of people breaking their lease. Plumbing/mold issues and infrastructure falling apart are also standard at FH .
